It seems every time I order coffee, they purposely leave out any flavoring I add...this isn't a one time occurrence... and its very annoying. In the picture I obviously ordered 3 Vanilla shots, 1 hazelnut shot, and vanilla swirl. NONE of these were mixed in. I am extremely dissapointed. Not only this, but the times I go in-person it takes an insane amount of time to let alone be noticed, most of the employees are typically chatting too much to each other, or hastily take your order just to forget certain parts and be rude throughout the transaction. If it's none of those, they are on their phones. What happened to customer service? They barely look you in the eye, and I have never, and I mean NEVER, been greeted with a smile. On top of all that, as if it couldn't get any worse, when you walk into the store you are greeted by a mess everywhere, and it feels unprofessional. The trash area is a mess, and the tables are almost never clean, I don't even know if they wipe the glass windows over the food area....I am so grossed out... This shouldn't be a legal establishment...

Great staff here! I know it’s difficult to find good help, but they have got it going on here. Of course, the coffee is excellent and the food is tasty.

Great experience never had an issue with the staff or food. Plus they have some really cool cakes. A year or so ago 🤔 I was able to pick up a yule log. Fantastic.

This is probably one of the best Dunkins I've been to, Everytime I go the coffee and food are absolutely delicious, like some of the prettiest looking food I've gotten from Dunkins. The staff is always so nice and caring, the lady always calls me sweetie and it makes my day:') thank u coffee people I love u all

I purchased a breakfast sandwich. It was a bacon, egg and cheese on a croissant. I was a bit disappointed when I saw that the croissant was flat and soggy. It did taste good, but was a little hard to eat as it was falling apart. This was NOT what I expected for the price.

I went through the drive thru today and had THE NICEST peopple I ever met, all staff was very patient and did rlly above and beyond in my opinion, I got the best donuts the best food and best coffee. Now I’ve never had a problem with them before bc I loveee dunkin but going there today just made it so much better whoever worked on, may 15/2023 they deserve a raise

I'm giving 5 stars just because the majority of the time has been a good experience. Everything was great however, just a piece of advice, don't advertise for something you know you don't have. It's happened twice now, yesterday being 1 of those days. I really wanted the White Chocolate Mocha Peppermint Frappe that was being advertised on their screen.. But was told they no longer had it or any of the Christmas drinks. So my advice is, if you know you don't have something when you open, to avoid people ordering it and getting their hopes up.. Simply make a sign and have an employee run out & tape it over the advertisement saying that your out or sold out. Boom done.

We waited 5 minutes just to be acknowledged, and only two people were working. Some grown woman with piercings and teenage girl. The grown woman kept going to the back and yelling at the young girl. She was getting as many drinks done as possible.
