User Reviews

I've been going here most mornings for the last few weeks now. I was blown away by the outstanding customer service. The drive through is always so quick and efficient, and the employees are so sweet. They're always super personable too, asking how I've been and if I have work that day. I started going here to get breakfast but now its more of a habit because it makes my morning better.

I was only given 4 hashbrowns 🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️ but the service was good and food overall was fresh which is the choice I made to give this rating. Otherwise I'd be 😡

EDIT: I just changed my rating of this location from 1 star to 5 stars. My original negative review is below, but I’m happy to say that this location has made a turn for the better. They clearly changed management, which is FANTASTIC. I visited a couple of times this week and was blown away at the service I received. They clearly care about their customers, something I couldn’t say about the previous management. I don’t mind if every once in a while the food isn’t the best or if the drive thru takes forever, as long as I can tell the workers are working hard and care about providing good service. Previously the workers would yell at customers while they sit there on their phones. Now, the service is nice, patient, and polite. I’m so happy that they changed management, I hope they keep it up. ORIGINAL NEGATIVE REVIEW: This has to be the worst fast food place in existence. Avoid at all costs. The employees treat you like garbage, acting inconvenienced that you ask them to do their job. I literally got yelled at for asking for cream in my coffee. And they will 100% give you the wrong order, every time. I most recently ordered a coffee with cream and a bagel and they managed to screw it up. They apparently hire people who don’t know what coffee and food is.

The doughnuts are stale , we got them this morning at 9 am they were old then . The tater tots look like they were put in the bag and then microwaved they were stuck to the bag . The eggs on the croissants had black smudges on them . I have never been served such garbage . I couldn’t return it because we have no transportation, it was dropped off to us . We live in Banbury so we are not far enough away for the transporting to be the problem either.

I just moved to ohio, this was my nearest Dunkin and they were great! Super fast, and did my drink SO good. Definitely recommend.

I had ordered my food and then I noticed there was a fly on a donut resting!

I had Baskin Robbins ice cream. Dunking didn't have the pumpkin donut holes 😢

The hottie drive thru guy with the tattoos 😉 has great customer service and he is very nice even when its hectic and busy ☺️ he's definitely care's about making the customer happy and that's important in customer service !
