I’m disabled and so many times I try to get through the drive-through a little late in the afternoon and it’s always closed. So I went inside to find out how busy they were that they can’t handle the drive-through. Two guys in there standing at the end of the counter, flirting with some girl on the other side, who was standing there, talking to them. They weren’t doing any work. The store had no customers in it. For me to get in and out of the car is not an easy job, which is why I choose the drive-through. If two men can’t handle the store and the drive-through then I suggest you find two others. I go there all the time. I’m very very disappointed that nobody thinks of disabled people..

Not all Dunks are made the same and this is a good one. Consistent good tasting coffee. Never burned and doesn't taste like the bottom of the pot. Don't get me wrong this coffee isn't the best you'll ever have. However, you get what you pay for and if you set your expectations properly you won't be disappointed.

The manager is extremely rude to his employees. It makes me very angry to see because the employees are excellent.

I didn't get their names but a blond women and a brown haired teen guy were working the window today and could tell I was having a bad day, they went above and beyond to make me feel better and was excellent service. They were working Sunday July 10th 2022 7pm

This is by far the worst Dunkin location I have ever been to, and I've been to a lot. There was a huge line for the drive thru, so I went inside to order. There were about 3 people in front of me and it was chaos behind the counter. The man who I assume was the manager was extremely rude to the other workers, and yelled at one of them to use a different machine for something and the poor kid responded that he didn't know how to use it. Everyone seemed frazzled, customers were leaving and the behavior of the manager to the people working there was just disgraceful. I finally just left with my water even though I paid for a bagel too because I didn't feel like waiting 15 more minutes (after waiting 20 minutes already) and watching more of the insanity.

The manager I think his name is Jay is extremely unprofessional. I was at the drive up waiting to pull up and he was berating the drive up cashier in front of me. I don't know how he is allowed to manage a store. I will be calling the corporate office to complain.

The service here in the morning is alright. The employees are kind and in good spirits during the morning and early afternoon. Some employees on later shifts need more customer service training and management training. But other than that this location is good. The general manager here seems like a good man and is making good changes.

Google says this Dunks is open at 4 AM. One person is here trying to get things set up for the morning rush at 5:30 when I gave the drive thru a go. Nobody could take an order so I headed out. Either google is still giving pre-pandemic hours on their maps, or this is one understaffed Dunks.
