This dunkin does not put the appropriate amount of advocado on their toast. Staff is rude and unaware of their own menu and everytime i go my order is wrong no matter what i order. Loved their iced coffee so i sincerely hope they can turn it around.

I was a regular customer… I went everyday 2 to 3 times a day but the Vidalia store lost my business along with a few other employees I work with… since this new team took over since the old team left it has been a disaster… last 2 to 3 weeks the store was not open at 7 when I went when it’s supposed to be open at 5!! They always out of everything… I’ve never had this problem with the old crew was there!! They don’t care about the customers it’s like no big deal to them that store wasn’t open on time or that they never have anything… something needs to be done!!!

This morning I ordered an ice coffee and a bagel. The ice coffee did not have any ice in it and it had coffee grounds on the bottom. I eneded up throwing it away. And like any other time I order food from there, I had to pull up to the white line and wait for my bagel. I hate ordering food from here because I ALWAYS have to pull up and wait.

Went through the drive thru, and had two orders. Both me and my husband used our apps, so we could get our coffee with our donut. They had two teenagers working, one of which had only been there 5 days. (As Per employee) The lights kept going out and coming back on, it took 30 minutes in the drive thru because they had to keep coming to the window to ask what size drink, what donut, what flavor drink, and then handed us our items without scanning the app or asking for payment. We corrected them and tried to pay, but when we handed them the card the lights went out AGAIN and we couldn't pay. I asked if they had a manager that could help them and they said the manager had left and they were the only ones there. The Dining room had a few people in it, and we were the only ones in the drive thru. We felt so bad for the employees that were left without any guidance, proper training and apparently a defective building. Shame on the managers for not properly handling their store. Also, the coffee was watered down and my husband's coffee was undrinkable. 1 Star. Maybe someone in charge will realize the Vidalia store needs some help. !!!!!!

I like Dunkin' coffee a lot, and I stop at a Dunkin' when I'm in a hurry because they have an app where you can order ahead. Earlier this week, they had my order-ahead ready to go when I got there for maybe the fourth time in a year... So, I hope they are getting better! I went to this location for the first time in August of 2022 and they could not. get. it. together. I could order 20 minutes ahead, get there a half hour before work, and still be a few minutes late. At times, they would even ask me to pull up to the waiting spot past the drive through when there was nobody behind me... It is irritating when there's not a lot of people there and your order ahead is still behind... This Dunkin' is the only one around and they compete with a Starbucks, which is a little more expensive, and a local donut shop right up the road, which I can't order ahead at. So, I kept trying to give them a chance, because I wanted this fast-coffee-and-me relationship to work so badly. They get it right on occasion, but they only get my business when I'm not in a hurry and have plenty of time to wait.

Under new management and so happy with the customer service! Coffee was exactly as I ordered. The lady at the window was so nice and courteous!

One star is even too good for this place!!!!! The most nastiest workers! And management is just as nasty !!!! Attitudes and the way they treat customers are insane ! A whole new crew needs to be brought in ! Especially with both parties!

They can do so much better the donuts were very dry. The lady at the window did not want to be there. I feel if they don't step and be consistent they should close down. We wasted $13 the donuts were gross. They also use some type of chocolate cake icing on the chocolate donuts and that ain't right. They also never get my husband's coffee order right. It's often old coffee when they say it's "fresh". The donut spot next door is turning out to be way better. Just very disappointed overall.
