This Duncan donuts was in a pilot gas station. The customer service was ok. They yelled out “welcome to pilot” when customers can in. I don’t drink coffee but I know how important it is to some. We stopped here for the Duncan coffee. There is a small Duncan counter with donuts, muffin and coffee. The coffee did not taste good. The water taste like muddy water. A few people complained and an associate remade the coffee. We left and did not get the refill. Someone need to look in to that. We ended up going down the road to McDonald’s. I give a 4 on customer service since she did quickly go and make more coffee. I give an overall 3 since it is a convenience store with other options. Sorry no photos.

Dunkin here is inside the gas station Self service. Coffee isn't exactly as fresh as from a real Dunkin Donuts are all cold. They have many rest rooms. Kinda spacious, and kinda clean.

Service was slow to begin with, the whole staff was focused on the drive through till the manager made someone man the register. We got our order quickly, the breakfast sandwich bagels were pretty bland. Wife loved her coffee though.

Disappointing and frustrating. We've been to this location about 5 times, and each time is disappointing. Their menu is a joke; they do not list their doughnuts or the prices for them nor do they list the ice cream flavors. The menu is a frustrating MESS. The coffee is weak and is basically just a cup full of sugar and EVERY time we get doughnuts they are very stale. It is just not a well-run location.

This Dunkin is located inside the Pilot Travel Center, exit 11 on I-75. There is a Wendy's that dhares the building as well. There is a liquer store, a semi truck cleaning facility and a hotel located on the same property. I just stopped in to get a few donuts to take home with me. They always have a great variety of donuts to choose from, and they are always fresh. I grabbed a box that held 1 dozen, and I think I got a very good variety. There was no waiting in line. I went right up to the self pay regester, paid for my purchase, and back on the interstate, headed home in less than 15 minutes.

Great place to visit to get a quick bite to eat. But, don't stay too long as you might gain a few extra pounds. This is going to be another add to spot on my favorite places to visit.

Our Dunkin just opened up a few weeks ago. Finally got to get some donuts and they were disgusting. They were at least 24 hrs old. One and done. I won't be back.

Not an actual Dunkin' store, just a self-serve coffee bar setup inside of the Pilot truck stop convenience store. Features fresh selection of donuts and Dunkin' coffee, but none of the sandwiches, bagels, etc you find at an actual Dunkin' store.
