The food is always the same. But the service is definitely lacking. There are no leaders when I go into this Dunkin. Customers don't come first especially when you only have half trained teens working. Needs better management and training. Not recommend for the cost. Corporate needs to get involved and whip the place into shape.

Give you the wrong food (that you won't notice until you're at home), make awful drinks, when you try to call them on it, they're liars, they'll put cream in espresso beverages, says "coffee and a turbo shot together will make you sick" except that's LITERALLY ON YOUR MENU, BABE. They harass senior women, management willingly & publicly admits she doesn't know how to make their drinks, & would rather argue like a 7th grader than just acknowledge that, just maybe due to the numerous 1✰ reviews on here, the team isn't so great. At anything.

Asked for half as much ice with my medium iced mocha latte. Manager told me with an attitude “you know you won’t get a full cup right?” I acknowledged. She said “ok just making sure you won’t be all eh eh eh” I replied “I usually don’t drink that much milk anyway.”I won’t be supporting this location and will be sharing with everyone I know not to come here. This is my first time here and last time here. A little extra milk shouldn’t be a petty problem from a restaurant. For those people who disagree with me you should understand that when your done drinking your iced drink and there is still too much ice in your drink that’s something you should resist as ‘normal.’

Coffee is always delicious …. There 100% needs to be another person making sandwiches no offense but ALLY moves like a godamm turtle , she obviously doesn’t care about how long she takes. I can order ahead online , and when I get there I’m still waiting for her to make a sandwich , what’s the point of doing online order if I still have to wait.

A rotating door of staff so you never recieve consistent products. I unfortunately only have this one on my way Into work in the morning. Honestly debating stopping all together with anythingfrom the company because the service and wait times are so bad. It doesnt matterif you are the only person in line or 5th your minimum wait is 10 minutes at the very least and ththaththatththaththats just for you coffee. If your anywhere from 3rd or back in line you should just leave. Also somehow thier donuts are soggy some how. I've only ever seen soggylooking jelly donuts at this location. Long story short dont go to this location unless you want an extremely long wait for wrong or potentially just bad order.

Order was all wrong! I ordered 2 egg and cheese sandwiches, one on an everything bagel toasted and one on a croissant. I got 2 egg and cheese on plain bagels not toasted with one sandwich having 2 tops of the bagel and the other having 2 bottoms! The coffee was bitter. I’m thinking it was an old pot of coffee. I’ll never go there again! Oh, btw, I was the only customer there late morning at round 11.

Only 4 people working. 2 people waiting patiently in line with no one at the register. Told one of the workers nicely that people have been waiting. Replied very rudely to us when we were just trying to help..

I really to hate to say anything negative about a store/company but the service in this location has really become a problem. I was there this past Sunday with one other customer who had already placed his order. His order was wrong and had to be corrected. I literally waited at the counter for 5+ minutes and no one waited on me. I ended up leaving without buying anything. Service really needs to be addressed here. I can see on other reviews I am not the only person who has experienced this.
