I won’t be visiting this location again. This is avocado toast. You’d think the toast means that it’s toasted bread but no. It’s just piece of stale bread (skinny slice) with avocado. Compared to the other locations where I had avocado toast many times, this is not even the same recipe or ingredients. I could have done a better job at making a toast at home with stale bread and questionable spread. After one bit I threw the whole thing away. Do better Dunkin’
Wasn’t bad or great. I went around 10am. They didn’t have an array of donut options. The donuts that I purchased were ok. Dunkin’ isn’t like it use to be! No more freshly made donuts.
This woman at the window was so rude. Pulled up and asked how she was. The immediately after her answer, I asked for a dozen assorted donuts in the drive thru. Instead of asking me if there was anything else I wanted she just gave me the price and told me to pull around. When I told her I was not ordering she said what do you mean gave you the price again and told me to pull around. I told her I was not done and I wanted to order drinks. She finally took my drink order but it seemed like an inconvenience to her.
Worst dunkin I've been to. I attempted to go through the drive thru. Initially I couldn't hear the person taking the order then someone else tried to take my order and they still couldn't understand me. Then when I came to the window they tried to take the order again with no success. Then I ordered through the app and went inside. When I went inside the staff were yelling at each other in a foreign language the majority of the time of was waiting for my drinks which took 5-10 minutes.
We love dunkin. I buy so many pastries here. They are always ready to serve
Horrible service, at 6am they have nasty attitudes in the drive through, they are rude on the intercom and try to rush you. They substitute things in your drink if they are out without asking. They definitely don't meet the mark for good customer service.
Saturday mornings seem to be the worst for customer service at this location. Had to walk the employee at the drive thru through our order 4 times to make sure we had our 2 items. An unfortunately burnt breakfast bagel and a bottle of water. This location sucks.
It's dunkin they have thousands of them so we all know what they are. This one has a great franchise owner and good staff.
