Breakfast Menu "Dunkin'" Unity

Ordered ahead through the App so I could just pick up through the Drive thru. Coffee wasn't made when I pulled up to the window, server didn't know I ordered donuts then she proceeded to put both in the bag upside down. Resulting in two upset kids cause all the frosting stuck to the bag. For the higher prices at this location staff need to be trained better at the least....

They were absolutely AWESOME! All three of them. Customer service was top notch. I went there with an order of 16 coffees on the 4th of July! They all were super nice, friendly, and happy! And SUPER QUICK considering how many orders I had. They are the greatest!

Very slow drive thru (inside is decent) but MOST EXPENSIVE DUNKIN EVER. In Newport my medium ice coffee is $2.16 but here it's $3.55!!! Sadly this is the closest location to my new job, might be the end of my love for dunkin.

i come here often because it’s closest. my drink is never made right, and the lady’s are always rude. the line takes for ever even with 3 cars in the line. from working in the food industry myself this place give horrible service. next time i’ll be driving the extra 30 minutes to belfast dunkin!

A long line at the drive-thru doesn't usually bother me until I realized it's a long line is because they ask 92 ridiculous questions for every drink you order. I was asked questions I've never been asked trying to order a drink. After asking all of the questions and answering all of the questions I get up to the drive-up window and I'm told that their machine is broken , would you like something else? I have to believe the line was long because of all the stupid questions.

Went through drive thru for a large ice water and 10 chocolate munchkins for my son. Got to the window and they tried charging me for the wrong order. After I got my stuff I pulled ahead to give my son a munchkin and there were long blonde hairs stuck to them. Went back through drive thru and asked for a refund. Cashier was unpleasant and didnt even say sorry. And the service leader who gave the refund didnt say anything other than "heres your money" rather rudely. The least they could have done is been nice and said sorry. So disgusted!

Grabbed a nice hot coffee before taking the kids on the scenic train ride to get pumpkins. Sitting outside due to overcrowding on the train, the nice warmth of a Dunkin coffee was a day saver!!

Worst experience at a Dunkin Donuts. Paid $15 for 3 chicken sandwiches that were ice cold. The employees at the drive through were unfriendly. I took the sandwiches back in for a refund to be told they couldn't do that. And only a manager could. Overall I wasted 30 minutes of my life there for nothing. My girlfriend used to work there and complained about the cleanliness of her workspace.
