Used to come here every morning until today. Yesterday they made my strawberry lemonade without lemonade but didn’t have time for it to be remade. Today the same thing happened and the woman gave me a dirty look when I said it has lemonade and she said it does when it certainly doesn’t. If it had lemonade in it every other Dunkin has a different lemonade and this one has something else.
Standard dunkin. OK service. Plentiful seating. Clean dining area. Bathrooms needed attention.
They still make Decaf Americanos where most others stopped because of new machines. The manager there is Exceptional and runs a great crew. They are the only DD that makes my coffee better than I would.
A couple more healthy options would be appreciated. But the midnight roast was great and so was the service.
Thought they were getting better but there not. Time after time cream no sugar and I get the opposite. T same with matcha or lattes. Is it that hard
Something is not right with the staff here at night. They use the drive thru speaker to accost women working at the KFC next to them. I was in the line around 8pm on Aug 10th when I heard the staff at Dunkin donuts calling the girl from KFC that was sweeping disturbing names. IDK what's going on with the staff here at night but it's very disturbing and the message I left for management fell on deaf ears. So if they're willing to cat call and say rude degrading things to staff next to their store I wonder what they would be willing to do to a customer they find rude. So beware you might be getting something extra in your coffee that you don't want with the staff here at night!!!!
They only get my order correct 50 percent of the time. Coffee was right but bagel was not an everything it was plain. How can they constantly screw this up?
My daughter wasn't sure what halloween donut she wanted and the cashier was awesome she was giving my daughter hints at the best 3 and the 2 of them were laughing and making jokes (which was great because my daughter didn't have the best day at school) after I paid the employee said to my daughter who is 5 yrs old that she cheered her up and to come back.
