It's a really good place to have morning coffee with small snacks. very close to high way

Asked for a hazelnut coffee coollata. Got an un sweetened drink. When asked, they added sweetener. Then I realized it’s not a hazelnut. Rather tastes like caramel. Totally disappointed.

Good food good service but I get many gift cards from here that are not activated properly and the staff is less than helpful at resolving the issue or putting in effort to do so

This really is the best dunks I've been to in a long time, I never would've guessed the coffee was from dunkin it was so delicious. The breakfast tacos also did not taste like I got them at a drive thru. Excellent excellent experience.

Only DD in a long time I've seen properly staffed for the demand and employees were very friendly. Gave me a ton of bacon on my sandwich and it was deliciously crispy, awesome DD!

I’ve been to Dunkin’s all around New England, and the east coast. However, this is the ONE! This Dunkin’ represents the chain better than any other in the nation. Good food, great coffee (best cold brew), nice atmosphere and landscape, and exceptional cleanliness. Rarely have I ever waited more than two minutes for my order when I go in, and that drive through line moves like a well oiled machine. Many Dunkin’s out there just plain suck! This one never misses.

Best Dunkin' around! The carrot cake muffins are to die for!

If you need decaf don’t count on them giving you the correct coffee. I’ve been here many times and go in to watch it being made because I have a heart condition. They keep pouring regular coffee in it then you tell them and the next coffee they go for again is the regular. I shouldn’t get an attitude when they mess up and I’m paying for it. Today I went through drive through and tried a sip and it was so bitter. I give up, going to find a different dunkin from now on. South Windsor Dunkin’ Donuts is so good, near where I used to live. They never messed up my coffee and are very friendly with the ppl they serve.
