The manager, Ricky, made good on a promise to replace my gift card that the man at the pick up window, threw away by accident. It's service like this that makes people loyal. Kudos to DD for hiring wonderful reps like Ricky!!

I enjoy coming to this Duncan donuts, sitting down and enjoying either my sourdough grilled cheese sandwich or a donut and large coffee. Very friendly staff at the counter and drive-up.

the person who took my order through the drive through neglected to listen to my order and left out 1 of 2 hasbrown orders. so dissappointing since the worker was not listening to the customer. whomp whomp

This is crazy yes I know we are all short staffed every where but come on you let people order on the app as a walk in n then you lock the door on them like seriously. After you charge them. I will not be going to this place at all. This is a joke. They lock there door at 3:30 and it clearly says on the door 4pm. Does anyone know how to tell time that works at that place? I guess not.

I go here almost everyday as I work near by, the fastest drive thru I’ve ever gone to. Almost always get my orders right, the one girl who is usually at the window knows my order (and when I stray from that) she always makes sure that it’s actually my order and that someone else didn’t make a mistake. I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad experience here

Everyone on staff here is so kind, and my coffee is made exactly how I like each time!! I come everyday and pass 2 other Dunkin's that are closer because this one is the best.

They were unusually slow this day but they get 5 stars for consistently having great customer service, fulfilling orders accurately and timely. They're popular for a reason!

Coffee was boiling in my cup. Never have I had a cup that hot in my life. VERY DANGEROUS and by the time I got to work 30 minutes away it was still too hot to drink. They also completely messed up my order.
