Breakfast Menu "Dunkin'" Taylor Mill

Every time I go to this location and I ask for the sweet pepper bacon croissant it’s extremely inconsistent. The first time I ordered it it was perfect and had plenty of bacon on it. Now when I order it, it is plain bacon with no sweet pepper and there is always only 3 tiny pieces of bacon on the sandwich. This is a 6 dollar sandwich…why can’t it be made like one?

Love making Taylor Mill Dunkin’ a part of my daily commute! The team members are always cheerful. Lauren, the manager I think, is always smiling and super helpful! Must be a great place to work. Thank you guys for being so fast and friendly!

This is my favorite Dunkin of all time!!! My iced coffee is always delicious and my food is always warm and yummy. The staff is super sweet! I always stop here on my way to NKU’s campus for class and my order is always perfect!!

This location is ALWAYS out of cold brew. It’s ridiculous. You order on the app and it doesn’t say they are out of it until you go pick it up. Always out of certain doughnuts/ muffins as well. Again never states it on the app. Save your self tine and the hassle and go to a different location.

I did an online order. Ordered a cold brew coffee and a pumpkin doughnut and they gave me the wrong thing. I literally ordered two things and they managed to mess it up. Went to window she said I can give you iced coffee we are out of cold brew. Ridiculous.

Updated******* Tried to go here again to give them another chance. They gave me a dozen stale donuts at 10am!? Do they make them up days in advance? How can they be that stale and old at 10am, on a Sunday!! Once again terrible. Smh Came here for sandwiches and drinks. They made me wait 15 minutes pulled forward then brought me my food with the boxes covered in avocado and the one sandwich didn’t even have a top bun! I went back in and the girl didn’t see the problem by even looking at the sandwich! Smh! Zero stars if I could!

First of all, My brother and I go to about every Dunkin location in the tri-state, but for some reason when we get our machiatos from this location it's only just over 3/4 full. I spoke to thr manager and several others there about it and no change. I told them this place uses way more ice than other locations and it's still never full. When we asked for alittle milk to fill it up, they wanted to charge us, (when it should be full to start with.) Why pay for a large and only get a medium. We'll go somewhere else. *Starbucks*

About a week ago I posted a comment on here saying Dunkin’ had absolutely nothing no punk in donuts or munchkins no Boston crème donuts absolutely no muffins and etc and I went to see if they replied and nope they ended up deleting my comment. Way to go dunkin.
