Breakfast Menu "Dunkin'" Tavernier

We were here on our way to Orlando, stopped by to enjoy coffee along with everything bagels which are hit and fresh, filled with cheese. They have their own restrooms as well. Enjoyed Americano, bagels and doughnut

Terrible experience. First, closing time of the store said 7:00pm yet manager closed down way before it even hit 6:30pm?. And when asked why, the manager started yelling. Manager was extremely rude and disrespectful about the whole situation. Instead of answering a simple question, she went crazy and started screaming. Why? We don’t know. All we asked is why they closed so early? We were not even aware that she was the manager until she started screaming and got out of her car. Such a disgrace to even call a “Manager”. Such a dissatisfaction and disappointment as we love going to Dunkin and this totally bummed us out. Definitely would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Customer Service is rock bottom and just plain terrible. Better off getting a good service with Starbucks or a local cafe instead. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Beware of Credit Card number theft!! I made a purchase through the drive thru on 7/27/23 and the guy who took my card had it for at least 2 min while also leaving the window. The next morning, I received a text from my bank wanting to confirm a $500 purchase. Obviously I cannot prove it was stolen here but I barely used my card this trip and the transaction was unusual as I've never had a person hold my card for that long.

Had a terrible experience much like other that have visited this establishment. It's seems like closing hours are chosen by the employees not corporate. Ruby, you don't have to get upset because a customer arrives before you close, you can simply stay at home with your bitter self. Dunkin, Your employee was unprofessional and rude and definitely deserver to work if your goal is to fail, I see similar experiences in other comments where it leads me to believe that this is a reoccurring problem. Please address this situation paying customers don't want to deal with attitudes.

Ebone at the drivrthru was extremely rude and unprofessional. Got to the window and said I got to go to the bathroom and left me waiting. Another employee had to give me food after I honked my horn.

Fabulous staff. Clean and well maintained location along with great tasting menu items made everyone happy.

I had to wait 7 minutes at drive thru to order, I ordered LG Caramel frozen coffee and sausage, egg cheese croissant, the coffee was not what I asked for, no caramel in it...people not nice, very rude at window

Always closes early. If your hours are different than posted, change them online.
