User Reviews

Not sure what happened to their morning crew, but all I can say is "yikes". They are now painfully slow, incredibly disorganized, and it's just not worth the trip. The drive through is even worse. Skip this dunks if they are any other cars in the lot; they can't handle more than one customer at a time.

Service wasn’t bad but my taco looked like it was slapped together and body slammed into the bag. Barely anything it it

As Dunks go, this one is not too bad. They are pleasant and the drive thru moved pretty quickly compared to several other Dunks. Although on one visit they were streaming tiktok which was less than great.

The Frozen Chocolate had too much liquid not enough ice. Too much chocolate syrup. No syrup or powder on the whipped cream.

Great coffee, super prompt and kind service. Kristie, Tasha, and Quincey were all amazing at this Dunkin!

It's Dunkins. There were cops outside with what appeared to be a home challenged person, and a family. Not 100% sure what was goin on, it was under control, I felt safe. I was just there for the new energy drink - YUM!

We needed a bathroom stop (it wasn't clean) and the trash was overflowing. The kid on register gave me too much change back, and didn't make my coffee right. A porta John would have filled our needs better.

Very busy,turn around in drive thru very tight. Have 2 entrances for both directions in an already tight space on rte 138. Should make safer with 1 entrance in & use back for departure =results 4 less accidents. Food always good & fast. Have new corn muffin munchkins, but better off with muffin =more food. They'd be good for little kids who don't each much. Be aware sugar glaze on them, so sweet. Prices reasonable. Extremely busy on Sat morning.
