Dunkin Donuts can't even do donuts right. My girlfriend ordered 1 chocolate sprinkled donut and 1 vanilla sprinkled donut, and this is the result. Check your donuts before you drive away people.

A little slow to announce at the drive thru speaker. Got to window and one drink was missing. They were very kind and fast getting my second drink ready. Will definitely go back again!

Take 2: July 2, 2023 Came by for drink and snack. They was out of everything. All the drinks we ordered was awful. They was just milk. A coolatta...sweet milk...matcha latte...milk with a hint of green tint because nothing else was hardly in it. And then the one donut indid order...was wrong. 😡😡😡😡 Come on folks. Shut down and go home if this is the best you can do. And the guy in front of me was requesting a refund...so yeah just stop. Not again. First visit: Drive thru order. Was a little thrown off when I asked questions about the drinks and the girl could not tell me what was in them...donuts was so fresh tho.

I came in on 07/21/23 with a large order, 16 iced drinks, 4 hot drinks and 2 dz donuts. The staff was on point with their service and efficiency.

AVOID THIS LOCATION. I don’t even know why I go to this location. They mess my order up every time. Avoid this location if possible. It’s unfortunate that this is the only coffee location in the area. Sheets is better than this place. I don’t prefer starbucks but their customer service is 100% better, they try to please the customer versus being an inconvenience to ask someone to their job and the correct way. I ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese. I received a sesame seed bagel only one side had cream cheese, the bagel was also burnt, not even edible. I don’t understand what employee would think it’s acceptable to service this. The time before this I ordered a peppermint mocha latte and received a coffee with peppermint syrup in it. These employees do not care about their job or the customers and it shows.

I was given a cold bagel, old and they forgot my coffee. The place was busy

Have had all good experiences at this location. Drinks are consistent and good (per my wife) service is friendly and speedy

The girl with black hair was brilliant she very polite as well also the tall guy with short hair was amazing as well will be going back
