Breakfast Menu "Dunkin'" Tappahannock

Egg & cheese wrap was so cold I spit it out, my free lemon loaf wasn't given to me (mobile order pick up at drive thru) nor was I told they were out (after sitting in the driveway at least 15min after ordering) until I turned around to be refunded for the wrap, to then get back in my vehicle, tried my latte which wasn't hot & the lid not being on, or cheap, caused that to spill out in my vehicle, down my hand, & on my blouse. Not the least bit of sincerity with an apology was offered. The lack of customer service/quality checks of whats being sold to paying, loyal customers at that, is sickening & disappointing. This is an embarrassment for the community & the company as a whole.

The best Dunkin' I've been to in a long time. The donuts and coffee are delicious, the place was clean (and decorated) - even the bathrooms - and the staff was super friendly!

Mickala (sp) was not very friendly! she was always walking away from us and we had to keep calling her back.she wasn't wearing a smile! She needs an attitude adjustment Or put her in a different area we were there on August 13 @ 12:20

The service was great and my coffee was yummy. However, I ordered one of their sourdough breakfast sandwiches with bacon, egg, and cheese and it had NO flavor. If I hadn't been able to taste my coffee I would have thought I had Covid or something. It was so bland I couldn't even eat it.

On September 1st 2023 around 6 Pm I want dunkin donut to get a donut and coffee and I was going to pay for my donut and coffee in cash but I decided to do a mobile onder so my points can build up and then I decided to sit down in dunkin donut to do my mobile order on my phone and then I over hear dunkin donut worker said why Is he siting down and I nicely told them I'm doing a mobile onder and I show them my phone and I told them everything is on the dunkin donut Camara and them after I did the mobile onder the dunkin donut nicely give me my coffee and donut. see if we are spending our money we suppose to do a mobile onder even if we use the mobile onder on our cellphone inside dunkin donut See we all can use the mobile onder on the cellphone even if it inside dunkin donut and government can agree with that Amen.

Donuts and coffee were amazing! Staff was extremely friendly. But bathrooms were gross! Cleaning chart on men's bathroom is not filled out and is from September (11 months old).

Extremely slow! I was 1 of 2 cars in the drive thru and there was no one inside and it took 15 mins to get a cup of coffee only.

Service was good like most businesses around here, you feel like that you are bothering the staff. Food and beverages are good. Although a lot pricier than I expected for my first time buying items there.
