I feel a little insane posting a negative review after seeing how many people post positively and say the service is quick. Is this not the same Dunks I have gone to/drove by every summer for the past 5 years? Every morning, every spot in the parking lot is taken and the drive thru stretches motionless to the street. I feel like the positive reviews must be bots or fake or something fishy is going on. They have never improved and have no competing Dunks within 10 miles so they never will have to.

My husband ordered online and waited for over 30 minutes before finally asking when he would receive his order. He was finally given his donut, rather than immediately, and it was revealed that his order had been left on the counter the entire time. Everyone else had been prioritized, yet my husband had ordered before many of the people who had walked in. The severe lack of communication between customer and server, along with the overall negligence of his order are the main reason for such a low review.

I should have just settled for coffee and a donut. Two for two, I got a bagel that was scorched on the cut side, cold on the outside, with a slab of frigid cream cheese in the middle. I'm not sure what I should have expected.

They were out of many food options by 8 a.m. The young man at the counter inside worked efficiently and did quite well, despite the stress of tons of customers.

Nice stop for a quick coffee and hash brown . Kids loved donuts too .. cold coffee was the best . Regular coffee wasn’t that good . Too watery ..

Seriously lacking in general care doesn't seem like workers even try to put on a smile

The wake up wraps were ok, they didn't have any donuts or munchkins.

Service was terrible. Waited 30 minutes for a croissant sandwich. Won't go back.
