Young kids in afternoon screw around and don't pay attention. I said my coffee order 3 times 2 butter pecan 2 mocha 4 cream they made 4 pumps of everything. Gave me a hard time asking for a chocolate donut. I typically go to the other main st dunkin and I will keep it that way. All the kids were just screwing around and not paying attention to customers thinking it was funny
Like someone else pointed out, I go out of my way to also come to this Dunkin. It is always clean and the staff is friendly. Notably, Julie, who makes my drinks to perfection every time. She deserves every promotion there is because she knows exactly what she's doing -- absolute perfection every time. This has been the most consistent in quality I've seen and if I could give it more than 5 stars, I would, just for Julie.
I go out of my way to go to this location it's by far superior above the rest. From the cleanliness, the way every order is made constantly made exactly right. Everyone who works here is so pleasant. Tip these people more often for their great service and wonderful attitudes!
Staff are very nice. They were ok with my kids running around and making noise. I felt so bad but the staff did comfort me that they are happy about it. The donut collection is limited though. But as long as there is an old fashioned donut, we are happy.
After noon lady is extremely welcoming and helpful, service is 10/10
Super MEAN lady at the cashier's. My friends first time to Dunkin Donuts and wanted to try something local. And she was superrrr impatient about her choosing what flavors of donuts to get. Like hello? Can you go to a new store with 24 choices and decide in an instant? If you just introduce your products maybe it will be faster! Not your nasty attitudes!! If I can give -5 stars I would
My favorite location busy hard working staff!! Hey owner give these people a raise don't be a cheap @#$&!! None of the owners could even keep up with the staff, Be greatful you have this staff !!
I live about 2 minutes from this Dunkins and have been there a countless number of times, mainly for breakfast. The staff is always friendly and if there’s a line it clears quickly. Went there today and had the best service I’ve ever had at this or any Dunks. I couldn’t read the employee’s name but I believe it started with a K. Either way, she made the best frozen chocolate I’ve ever had and I’m upset that I can’t give her a proper shoutout. Amazing job. 💕
