Breakfast Menu "Dunkin'" Statesboro

I ordered a matcha latte with cold foam and received this. The “foam” was melted into the ice and the drink itself was undrinkable due to the thick layer of matcha at the bottom of the cup. It was so bad it actually clogged my straw every time I tried to make it work. I really don’t understand how this place is open. As someone who’s worked in fast food I really try to be understanding of how long lines/busy times of the day can cause a lack of consistency… but every single time I’ve been to Dunkin in the last three months there has been an issue with my order. Mind you, I have only been maybe twice a month; but every time I have been there’s been something wrong with my order.

This is how a 3 scoop sundae should be made. With a large cup, hot fudge, whipped cream nuts and a cherry. Thank you Dunkin' Donuts/ Baskin-Robbins in Statesboro. Warner Robins could learn something from you.

Okay I've only had ice cream from there and then to me the ice cream was way too much and then the lines are always out in the street so I don't think I'm qualified to rate anyting else other than to say that was my first time there first time ordering from there so I'll try it again and let y'all know

I've always been a customer of another "we shall not name " coffee shop. I can honestly say that because of the quality of the coffee , it's just better! And the customer service from Timeka (she's awesome) I am a convert! Thank you Dunkin on Main Street! You gotta new loyal fan!

I used to hate Dunkin drinks because they tasted like milk and sugar. However, for Christmas I received a Dunkin gift card so I downloaded the app and decided to try a few drinks. I ended up really liking the cold brew with sweet cold foam on top. It's the perfect amount of sweet and the coffee is just right. Not to mention you can use the coupons and get it for $2. I was able to stretch my $15 gift card to get a 6 pack of donuts and 6 drinks throughout the month with all the coupons and now I have enough reward points for a free drink. So much better for your pocket than Starbucks. I am definitely a fan now.

Extremely impressed with this Dunkin Donuts lately! Idk if it’s under new management or not, but it has definitely stepped up! we came in today and they spoiled my kiddos and gave them little hats to wear. Everyone was so nice and welcoming from the time we walked in! Highly recommend!

The staff is great knowledgeable, and consistent. I run on Dunkin about every day.

The coffee is good, but every time I order donuts or one of the breakfast sandwiches something is messed up. Charged my card for three items, when I got food out of the bag only two were included and the sandwich was burned and cold. I totally understand how busy it gets working fast food, but it isn’t okay to mess up orders as consistently as this location does.
