This USED to be my favorite Dunkin but after Maddie and her manager left this place is TERRIBLE no one knows what they're doing and u need a blow horn for them to hear you in the drive thru. Theres been multiple times they have no idea what I ordered when I get to the window 2 minutes after ordering
Doesn't seem to be very well run. One employee was walking in and out, muttering to himself, pacing in front of the store on his phone, and smoking right out front. The prices on the board don't match what you're actually charged and the manger doesn't really care. At least our order was accurate.
If I could give 0 stars I would! On numerous accounts I’ve gotten iced coffee with SPOILED CREAM AND MOLD! They never answer the phone and never take responsibility. They’re making customers sick and don’t care. Absolutely disgusting place!
Staff talking loudly over each other. Coffee tasted burnt. I needed toask for the cups to be filled up because they actually weren't filled only 3/4 filled, and was given attitude for asking.
The ladies and gentlemen were very friendly with a great sense of humor. The lady that was making my food seemed to be grumpy who could use a good laugh. The drink was fantastic! Thank you it gave me wanting more! Service was quick so I could be on time. Yet bet early. Thank you all for your great service whom I talked to!
Very slow service in the morning, and have been given wrong orders in the drive thru. Staff seems more preoccupied with talking/joking around than providing quick customer service. Probably one of the worst DD locations i have experienced, and being generous with a two star rating.
So every morning I go there to get my coffee and some how it get mess up or not made right every time and I say something and they still don’t make it right like how hard is it to put 4 carmal 4 liquid sugar and 4 cream
Dunkin, Can be hit or miss. However, the employees at this location seem to try to make the experience a delightful one. Each time I have come to this location, my drink order is actually made to perfection as well as the food is on point. Keep up the great work.
