Have been coming here every weekend for a year now. The workers were always fast paced and friendly. To the point they’d know my order when I walked in every Saturday morning. I don’t know if management changed but ALL of the usual faces are gone and replaced with bratty girls who just don’t want to even be there. Now service is super slow and this is the second time I’ve gotten told the machines are “down”. Who wants to wake up to hear someone saying “I’m about to black on someone”. It’s 9 in the morning. Now to find a new regular stop.
Waited in the drive thru for almost 30 min. When I got to the speaker no one said anything so of course I said “hello” and I was met with a very rude “hold on” and proceeded to wait an additional 5 min for service just for them to screw my order up. At that point I just took the drink because I was late for my appointment at that point.
Super tasty! Customer service is amazing and the person who did my drinks and toast did it exactly how I wanted!
Service was good.....employees are very friendly...hardest working dunkin employees I have seen..... drive through moves a little slow sometimes but it's because people don't know what they want to order or they make big orders instead of going inside...Not the employee fault great job dunkin employees
If it’s a Dunkin’ Donuts with Baskin-robbins, perfect because you could have anything you want and there’s always ice cream if it’s just a Dunkin’ Donuts store all I always suggest is always double check to make sure your bagel is fresh I like my bagel to be fresh. Otherwise I have no complaints.
The service is so bad they inspired me to get up earlier and brew my own coffee.
Horrible place. Staff are rude, they take forever, and the online orders are never ready. Today I place my order for a simple medium hot coffee to pick up and they claimed that i never had an order there even after showing them my app that clearly shows their location and what I ordered. We walked out without item because they claimed we never ordered there. Would not recommend!!
Fast and friendly service from all of the team members here. Some Dunkin Donuts are prone to messing up your order but the drive thru team is on point every time I go there. Keep up the great work guys it show sho much.
