I ordered online at 9:30 and by 10:10 i’m still standing waiting for my 2 drinks, The manager was having an attitude and was swearing. Should really get new staff

I went to south Paris Dunkin and I wanted a Cold Brew but the lady at the intercom said they had no more Cold Brew but she could give me the cup and I can take it to Norway and see if they had some. But I said No Way. So I ordered an iced coffee instead and and she was like, "with an espresso"? And I was so happy. I want to thank all the ladies that were working today. You were very polite and you solved a problem within seconds. And that's what I call great service!!! Keep up the work girls!!

Worst Dunkin! Unless u wanna wait 30 mins for one damn coffee I wouldn’t recommend!! Useless workers inside!

The manager was very rude to me and avoided and ignored me because I am a prior employee who got done ! I was asking a question about a check that no one would cash around town , however she stated I would not get another even if it was my sick time I earned , she was wrong ! There was no expiration or void date in the check ! Just think it’s unprofessional to treat. Any customer that way even if I had worked for them before!! She was rude and I waited 10 mins for her to tell me that as she walked away from me

I go here almost every night (between 11pm-3am) and the night shift staff are the best. They make the best food and drinks. By far the best Dunkin I’ve been too

Service was much better this time. My only complaint is that they don't give you a full drink. It's always 1 to 1 1/2 inches from the top. For what we pay as a customer, we should get a full drink.

They are often out of the drinks we have tried to order. I've had more than one staff member talk to me or my husband in a rude tone completely unprompted. Honestly every time we go through drive thru we have a negative experience either with the staff talking rudely or the drinks not tasting good or out of items we wanted. We tried so hard to like this place but we personally don't feel it is worth returning to anymore.
