My mother and I went here to make an order and the young lady who was working the Register gave quite an unsettling facial expression and disgusting look as if she has had no interest in the patience of waiting on us. Also gave a poor attitude! What sort of industry hires people who cannot even seem to enjoy their jobs nor take care of the customers needs properly especially make you're drink order correctly my husband's coffee was darker than mine mind you we had same drink, I was highly not satisfied at all. But the gentleman who was on with the young girl was very attentive and kind while apologizing for the drink difference with the color. Smh I'd say get actual people who want to work and treat the guests like they should not ignorant !!!!!!

Food wasn't available an hour before closing time. The person working had the most unfriendly expression on their face, I felt uncomfortable placing an order. I asked for a small coffee with one pump of swirl and regular cream and they put sugar in it anyway. I work in the service industry and it's just so disappointing being treated like trash when I would never treat my beloved customers like this.

Worst place I was the manager before CRYSTAL as she was covering me on maturity leave. Place is gross outdated customers are miserable and awful There. The clientele is nasty all people from the projects and the company it self is a JOKE! I miss my crew sorry I left you with such a miserable manager! South county awful place to Work for a dunkin the mobile station needs more parking the owner yells at people every morning to move their cars!

I must admit this dunkin has been running MUCH MUCH better under the new Mgr Crystal. The place is much cleaner, and staff actually have the ovens going after 6 haha. The line goes so much quicker and you ACTUALLY see the Mgr working!! LOL... the last Mgr, was hardly ever there and when she was, she sat in the back smh...Kuddos to S.C. Donuts for finally getting it together and putting a competent person to manage the place. A couple more tweaks and this place will be golden!! Complete 180° turn! Also have to shout out Mary Sue who does an excellent job very efficient!

This is a nice, friendly Dunkin. Crystal is one of the best managers they have ever had. The clerks are polite, neat and clean.

Today December 10, 2022 my husband went to this location and they gave him the worst customer service ever. The woman who was serving had a very bad attitude and she was even turning her eyes at him. This happened at 6:30 in the morning. Hey, if you don't want to work, stay at home, but don't come here to ruin the day for others with your miserable actitud. If you have a miserable life its no one fault. We are tired of the mistreatment of many people. We work with customers service and we don’t treat customers like that.

Just moved back to town. Had not Ben to this Dunkin since probably last September and the new managers were some of the nicest Dunkin employees I've had the pleasure of interacting with. Whatever they are doing now...keep it up.. official my favorite go to Dunkin.

The new manager is rude! The online button was going off so I helped it upon myself to press it off. She comes out of no where behind me and pushes my finger out the way aggressively. I know it is not my job but I would prefer a verbal warning instead of being physically touched! Then their chip reader was not working so I followed the introductions of the server which was very sweet but the machine still was not taking my card. The new manager then proceeded to grab my card out my hand put it in, THREW IT DOWN ON THE COUNTER AGGRESSIVELY!!! AND SAYS " it's declined". Long story short, terrible rude managent , No wonder they can't keep workers at this Dunkin.
