Ordered a simple sausage eff and cheese on croissant with an ice coffee. Watched multiple people that ordered after me get their order. Asked a staff member about my order and she rudely said 30 minutes. This location won't be getting my business ever again.
Everyone is so friendly! Anthony is the best! I asked him if he gets many days off, and his response was, "I love my job, it's not work to me". He's always smiling and makes my day :)

Big tall chick with bright red lip stick is super rude. I simply said I placed a to go order at the window and she snapped at me saying, we don't pass through the window! Then purposely held my order behind the counter for 5 min making me wait even longer. Drama queen!
Nothing improved yet....Extremely disappointed with the service. I ordered few simple strawberry ice coolattas and it was just ice, no flavor and all were very sour, the person did not used the correct amount of strawberry flavor instead just making them just to taste like plain ice water no sweet flavor. I ordered coolattas before and I never had to tell them to make it right. I was too far when we realized it. Too bad, we wasted our money for something simple.
Food is ok. Location didn’t have items that were available for purchase through app. Had to ask for a refund for the missing items; would have been better if that was automatic.
Only 1 that gets my order correct. It's not hard latte 6 pumps caramel no sugar milk.
You're probably wondering, why a Dunkin donuts has a 4.8 rating? That's because this Dunks does everything absolutely right. I've been coming here for two years now for almost everyday and not once have I had a bad experience.
