Great service and food served promptly. Convenient location. Kids always choose their favorite go-to like donuts and latte. A trip once a week is a must especially if there are games.

Horrible experience. Went through drive thru. The woman taking my order was not listening. I had to repeat the order. When I went to pay, they'd still gotten it wrong. I asked them to remake without dairy, as originally requested. The third time it was still wrong, had not listened to a word I'd said from the start and it was just too irritating to ask them to get it right. The clerk was visibly irritated. I've found this happens at dunks a lot. They are not listening to the details of the order. That's all it would have taken to get it right. I'll not be going back to this location.

Dunkin locations seem to be hit or miss and this one is definitely a miss. The staff usually sound miserable and are often rude. Maybe the manager at the Hartford Tpke location is better at what they do? Update: I quit caffeine for physical reasons a week ago and decided to get a decaf iced latte. Well there's clearly no prerequisite to work here because despite the label saying decaf, it's definitely caffeinated. AVOID

I had gone to the drive thru and ordered 1/2 dozen donuts 1 iced coffee 2 bagels and 5 frozen colada’s and when I came up to the window they only had placed for 2 coladas. The woman working at the window had an injured hand and had refused to place another order of coladas with attitude towards us. She said “ I can’t place a another order” “I wasn’t the one who messed up your order”. She shouldn’t be working firstly with an injury and secondly with attitude when it comes to fast food chains.

I was pretty excited to try the matcha donut. I was very happy that DD finally catching up with millennials trends. The picture from the ads looks so good! I went buy it.. I was super disappointed when I open the donut.

Understaffed especially on Sundays. 10-15m waits at the drive-thru. They're trying their best but expect a wait.

It's Dunkin's...typical offerings, typical service...IF the doors are unlocked! Mid afternoon they seem to have a staffing issue and oftentimes lock the doors to the premises. That can be irritating when you're on foot. Occasionally we will walk up to the drive thru window to place an order (even with the app the option to place an order on the go is unavailable). Wish management would take a stronger stance on loitering and behavior of younger customers.

slow to help non-drive thru customers, and manager was passive aggressive when asked for service. food is okay. drinks are mediocre and not the best Dunkins in the area
