Breakfast Menu "Dunkin'" Shively

We've had food from here a few times now... and we plan to keep coming back! 1. Totally handicap accessible, lots of parking & a wide open seating & order area for customers using handi-capable equipment. 2. Very clean! The workers keep the work areas and surfaces tidy and wiped down. All garbage is taken care of and the areas that can be viewed by the customers is organized and pleasing to the eye. 3. Although a somewhat younger crowd works here - ALL the employees are clean, pleasant, helpful and respectful! (Good job guys!!👍) 4. The prices are acceptable for the foods and beverages ordered. (A little expensive for the sandwiches, but totally worth it! - They're tasty!!) 5. If there's something not available that you wanted for your order, the employees try their best to accommodate you with a comparable choice. Example: we wanted a everything bagel for a sandwich - but they were out at that moment... So they offered to take a plain bagel and turn it into an everything by adding the everything spices to the outside of it! 6. The coffee drinks are totally yummy and if you're a fan of starbucks? - You should try Dunkin' Donuts, they're less expensive & totally worth trying in comparison! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GUYS!!

Had them remake my drink because they gave me something completely different from what I ordered. Then the remake was so bad I didn’t even want it, they put the most vanilla in a drink I’ve ever had. Their service sucks, when I originally asked for a remake they were hesitant to even make it and told me those drinks were correct when the label clearly said something completely different. Just a terrible experience

If you use the mobile app to order then prepare for a little berating by the Indian people in the drive-thru. Not sure if they're the owners and why they don't want me to use the mobile app.

The lobby is a mess, the food is average, the service was decent, but sloooooow, prices were ok. Overall, a typical, non extraordinary visit to a tired franchise.

They cannot get a simple dozen donuts correct and their drinks are never consistent, this is a door dash order. Sometimes you'll be lucky if you even get your drink, would highly recommend making the trip to Krispy Kreme, or even the Thorntons across the street.

Absolutely not I have never received such poor service from a manager I went through the drive and they made my drink incorrectly when I I said something about it they only added to it instead of remaking it I watched him add cream to my coffee twice when I specifically said no cream I went inside the store and they remade me a new one and it was worse than the first one there was only one employee that was nice about the encounter and she did try to help as best as she could but the manager was being unreasonable I am not the type of customer to cause any issue and I hate complaining but to pay 5 dollars for a coffee that I order everyday and it be made incorrectly is just unacceptable

Coffee seemed to be reheated, very bitter, worse Dunkin I've ever experienced. Let alone nothing was mixed, & the workers didn't even acknowledge us in the drive-through, they were too busy being loud & talking amongst themselves about boy & girl drama. :( UPDATE! Went back, asked for a decaffeinated Frappuccino (that I've gotten before) they told me they don't do Frappuccino in decafe. Straight up lied to me, let alone one woman whose always there was yelling at us in another language when we asked if it was decafe, she said yes & we explained that it didn't say it on the paper stuck to the coffee, so she started yelling, got another person who then is the one who stated cold drinks don't come in decafe.
