Breakfast Menu "Dunkin'" Shawnee

My husband and I drive 30 mins to go to this Dunkin because they have always been nice, funny but today was the worst experience I've ever had there. They got my order wrong not once but twice and didn't even care to listen to my husband what my drink was. The girl said does she want a shot of espresso and he said no then she said well I'm going to put it in anyways. Seriously not happy today with this place. I don't understand what was going on. We both came all the way home and I only had half my drink because I couldn't take it and he had to add to his. I'm hoping today was just a bad day but the mood and employees were not good.

This is one of the best Dunkin’ donuts I’ve ever been too! Came in at night, there was only 2 people working , a young guy and a young lady(seems like she was training him)but they were both so nice and very polite! I was having trouble ordering but the young lady at the front counter helped me out decide and was not disappointed at the drink choice!!!

Be prepared to wait 15+ minutes in the drive thru (currently waiting in the drive thru writing this but can’t get out the way it’s set up) this has happened MULTIPLE times idk why I keep giving them more chances. Didn’t even order because by the time I get my food it’ll be cold & gros. Save your money & go to Panera up the street. I’m starting to get grey hairs being in this line for so long.

I've been trying to make contact by phone with this store. I placed a mobile walk-in order. I ordered the sour dough sandwich with turkey sausage and added tomatoes. This sandwich cost almost $7. What I received was a sandwich with bacon. I do not eat pork and I had to give my sandwich away. Read the label on the top of the box.

Stopped by at 10 am (04/02) for my daily coffee, I never had a problem here until recently. It was super slow, and took forever to get through the line. waited 15 minutes to get my coffee. The employees were nice, but you can tell that this place isn’t ran well at all. Seriously hope they can get some better management, because you can tell there is a lack of it

The staff were so incredibly kind and patient with my son while he decided on what he wanted. The donuts were also delicious!

Wouldn't know how to rank them. The line was around the building for breakfast. Inside was closed, robbing people of picking their own donuts especially the semi-magical when your dealing with kids picking their own. Very weird decision on a Sunday morning to do it that way. During the week sure, but weekends should be the other way. Maybe one day they will staff up and be able to handle business.

When I go to this location something is always wrong. Either the credit card machine not working, no donuts or exact cash only. I only order the raspberry watermelon lemonade and it always tastes different. Today I was the only one in line and was ignored for 5 minutes then I drove away. This location has gone down hill tremendously. Definitely won't be back.
