Breakfast Menu "Dunkin'" Scotrun

Too busy or just pure chaos! Pick up order was almost an hour! Too many staff yet no one seems to know how to do anything! They are consistent with the chaos! ONE TIME THEY HAD NO MORE MILK for my ice coffee!!! Never go there if you can avoid it! Just get a donut and keep it moving! But I can’t promise that will go smoothly! Very slow!

I had to rate this location a 1 star. The gentleman named Larry was so smart mouth and snappy with me. I questioned why 2 other sandwiches were made before mine and No Larry, they were Not online orders. I watched and heard the kids as they placed their orders. Your tone was simply rude. You are the first rude person I have come in contact with at GREAT WOLF. Hopefully Great Wolf invest in training. It is clear you do not work well under pressure. 😟 If the person making your food is rude, I have always been told to get a refund. Never know what they may do to your food 👀 💞 Mia~ Thank you for issuing my refund. You were so nice.

They won't let you just ask for fewer pumps of syrup in your coffee unlike literally every other Dunkin I've been to so my coffee was far too sweet, and if you go to the counter thinking you cab ask there they just say nothing and refuse to lower the amount of syrup without telling you until you get back to your room and drink it. And they say they "can't" take payment through the app because they won't be honest and just say for whatever weird reason they won't. They have a sign saying they also refuse to work with the Dunkin Rewards, presumably because if you're like me and are actually willing to pay the higher cost of going there you don't deserve a reward ¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯. Either way I tend to be a Dunkin junky and this wouldn't necessarily be the absolute worst Dunkin I've been to based on the petty things they get weird about when really for as much as the cost gets jacked up not dropping these things feels like more than a fair ask it's easily among the worst.

It was a long wait for the line but the cashier were really friendly and quick in making your food. The only suggestion which I can make is to be able to choose and customize the food any way possible. I wasn’t able to place mobile order due to limited customization. The store is reasonably priced even though it was located within Great Wolf Lodge. I would hope that they start participating with Dunkin Rewards which will also allow for mobile order through the Dunkin app as well. I would highly recommend this store if you are around the area.

0 stars if I could. The worst coffee I have ever had. They didn't even fill my cup up. The doughnuts were double the regular price. They don't use the app so you don't get credit for your expensive order. They don't have dome lids so ordering whip cream is a hassle. I had to squish the whip cream to get a flat lid on the cup. We added the hotel sugar and creamer to the coffee that already had extra sugar and cream and it was still disgusting. I'm glad this isn't my regular Dunkin.

Options are limited, price is expensive, and service is horrendous. There needs to be a better system in place like writing your name on the cups or printing/labeling them.

The dunkin does not take the rewards app? Nor dunkin gift cards. The server was rude and disrespectful. It's almost as if was not a dunkin.

Not a true Dunkin. No DD app or mobile pay. Also no basics like almond milk. Prices are outrageous. I understand a little increase for being on site, but a small hot coffee is $2.49, the same coffee 1.6 miles down the road at DD is $1.69. So make the short drive and support the local franchise. ALSO the open and close times are just suggestions. Got there at 8 pm and they were already closed, locked up and long gone.
