The property appeared well-maintained, even though I only utilized the drive-thru. However, my experience took a turn when I encountered the employee at the window. Despite receiving my XL black coffee and bacon egg cheese on a croissant, I was disappointed to find no napkins or receipt in the bag. When I requested these missing items, the employee's reaction seemed indifferent, leaving me with the impression that customer satisfaction was not a top priority. A simple smile or acknowledgment of my gratitude when I received the items could have made a big difference. While the overall quality of the products remains consistent with Dunkin' Donuts standards, improving customer relationships should be a priority. Encouraging employees to show genuine care and friendliness towards customers can significantly enhance the experience and leave a lasting positive impression. Additionally, ensuring that orders are complete and accurate with all requested items included can further contribute to customer satisfaction. Overall, Dunkin' Donuts offers a convenient and efficient drive-thru experience, but addressing the issue of customer relationships at the window can take the service to a higher level. Today my children asked if we can stop by home town DD in Sayreville. I ordered a few interns came out to $40. The devs thru staff gave me my drinks and asked me to drive to the parking lot / wait for my food. I waited in the parking lot for a about 20 minutes where the the store manger brought the order ( no apology/ absolutely arrogant) because of a previous experiences ( I checked my order before leaving the lot ( I noticed that they did not give me a Croissant with cheese - went back inside the store explaining that they kept me wby and did not give me my full order ( again no apology . Got my Croissant and went home ( my daughter told me that her wake up wrap has Bacon ( we do not eat pork) went back to the drive thru and ask to speak with the store manger ( guess who is the incompetent manger the same person who has been causing this issue with my simple and pricey order ) she responded back to my complain by Interrupting me and ( I tried to fix your order it is what it is/ not sure why this happened - no consideration for my time / almost one hour behind this horrible experience. The manger need to treat costumers with humility and respect . She is arrogant and the food is absolutely a disaster.

horrible place. the time for closing says 10pm. Got here at 9:30pm and they said they only serving coffee. like why. you close at 10pm.

So my brother and I were just in here and unfortunately i didn't catch our cashiers name but she was the only female there that we saw. She was amazing! Excellent service, very patient with us and our complicated order and did it all with a smile! Now I just want to come back every time she works just to get that same type of service.

I come to this location quite frequently and usually the staff in the early morning are good. But for some reason over the past few months this place has been going down hill. There’s always an issue with my orders and every time it seems like they just throw stuff together sloppy. Even the donuts look terrible all sloppy.

I have never ever experienced such unprofessionalism at this location until today and this was from the Manager. Christopher is the manager at this location. I have been going to this Dunkin for 4+ years and order everyday 7 days a week, 365 days a years, sometimes I order twice a day. I loved all the staff and the previous manager. I never had a complaint about this Dunkin until today. This will be the last time I coming here because of the Manager, Christopher. I ordered my drink as a typically do every morning mobile ordered it. When I Came in to pick it up I tasted it and I just asked for a couple more sugars…, the manager in front of other customers yelled at me and said he was sick of me constantly asking for extra sugar when I come in. Yes sometimes the drink is not to my liking but I have never complained. I would always politely ask if I needed more sugar. He was very nasty, and spoke down to me. He pretty much said that this is the last time that I’m gonna ask for extra sugar. have never been treated like this from Anyone at any restaurant, coffee shop, supermarket,etc.

Stop pre making food when your not busy, your not saving time when I make you re do the order genius..

Went through the drive-thru at about 6:15 on a Saturday. I ordered an avocado, bacon tomato sandwich. The people in the back took a long time and were laughing hysterically and playing with my food . I could tell because when I opened the box ,the sandwich was unappetizing, and the bread was wet with some sort of red liquid . Also, a few years ago, my card was taken to the back, and within a few hours, someone had 2 charges on it . My advice is to make sure they don't take your card out of your sight and check your food before you leave.
