As a special treat we went through the drive through on our way to summer camp. No line, speedy service. Katelyn took the time to engage with my little one while we waited for our hot items. At the end of our exchange, as we pulled away, he exclaimed "I really like her!" He went on to say "she was nice and confident, she must be the boss. And if she's not the boss she should ask to be the boss" - Bob, age 6

It must be really challenging to staff and train younger workers nowadays. I feel old-school saying this, but the work ethic just isn’t there. Waited in the drive-through line 5 to 10 minutes before placing our order. No courtesy from the order taker in the drive-through or when picking up beverage and breakfast sandwich. I don’t blame the younger workers, as much as I blame management for not training them to show appreciation for customers. This must be a competitive retail environment. They should step up their game to hire friendly people, and teach them to show appreciation and gratitude for customers who come through.

We pulled up in the drive-thru, she said one thing then left us in the line unattended for four minutes. We tried to order a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant. No croissants. Then we tried to order hash browns. No hash browns. Then we tried to order a donut. No donut. We received our order as a soggy bagel drenched in butter with a puddle of butter in the bottom of the bag. When we asked for napkins she seemed annoyed. I think she was the only one working, but bad experience over all.

I'd give Dunkin' Donuts 3 stars for a very average experience. In New England, it's all about coffee, breakfast, and the daily routine. During the morning rush between 6:30 - 8 am, expect longer waits. While the food and coffee are average and may not match up to Starbucks, Dunkin' is a part of the local culture. Service can vary, and quality isn't always consistent, but hey, it's Dunkies – a beloved part of life in New England.

Found hair in my bagel cream cheese. They served my husband clearly burnt bread and were annoyed they had to change it. My chai latte had a bad after taste to it which tasted like they aren't cleaning the machines well. They clearly don't follow health standards here. The service is horrible and the food was so bad. Bunch of young workers who are not properly trainer running the place. Don't get food from here!!

One of the server here is very rude and harsh as she was saying my mom was “playing dumb” when my mom was requesting a hot beverage. My mom doesn’t speak proper English as it is not her first language. Please respect those customers who don’t speak English. I would give 0 star for the service.

Clean bathroom, nice location. The have French crullers. Has Tesla superchargers next to it. Great place to plug in because both the and the passengers can get what the need.

Really rude people here. Ordered 15 minutes earlier through the app and she says "I gotta give her a minute". They were missing donuts and didn't even offer to replace them with anything else. Zero customer service.
