The service here is hit or miss. Sometimes they get the order right, more often then not it's incorrect. Wait times can be nuts! That said, I'm NOT bashing the baristas. This is a high volume store in need of more workers. I believe the errors are not because of incompetence but pressure to get people in and out quickly. More staff would go a long way. Regardless, I am a big supporter of small business owners in my community trying to make it work so I continue to support this establishment and am not trying to mess with their ratings, just being honest in my experiences.
Usually come in mornings, great service. But a heads up they don't close at 10. They close at 930pm.
Food was fresh, friendly staff, quick and time efficient.
It's 9 ...and he's telling me they're cleaning to close ...website 10pm ....
They never get the Uber East orders right !!!! Order from them every morning you would think they would Get it by now ….Does that look like a Cold Brew … Idiots
Got two sausage egg and cheese bagels sandwiches today. Drove to the park. The egg patties and sausage patties were both ice cold for both the sandwiches. They were never microwaved/cooked! Ice cold meat melting on a warm day? That's food poisoning abt to happen. It wasn't busy at all when I got my order (9:45 on a Saturday). I was there when they made it, but didn't notice the sandwiches were not nuked. Don't know if this is a one-off, but I have had wrong orders before. But never uncooked food. Beware.
Very friendly staff, but there’s usually only 1 or 2 workers during the morning so you have to wait to get your mobile order. I’ve tried to order 20 mins prior to me even leaving my house and I still have to wait. I feel terrible for the employees because it isn’t there fault their employer isn’t properly staffing. I do give them a lot of credit with how they multi task during the morning rush. I do just recommend they staff 3 employees at least for the morning shifts. I’ve been there in the afternoon and it’s empty.
I have to commend the young lady working on oct 3rd on the afternoon shift. she was working by herself and was doing online orders and in store customers at the same time. I'm a regular customer there she never got flustered during the whole time I was there waiting for my order it was super busy and it is totally unacceptable that she would be there to handle this all by herself . the owner needs to have a backup plan I'm sure this is not the way its supposed to be done. once again kudos to the young lady today for be a true professional
