What can I say, I love their Mocha Lattes and those little munchkins are great if you have a craving for a donut, but don't want to eat a whole one. And the wraps are good too, I enjoy the sausage, cheese and egg one. And customer service is always good.
Need some serious training. Every time I order a latte it's different they leave out some ingredient or they put more of some ingredient in and it I just can't count on it. Plus I'm always waiting for these drinks for more time than I feel is needed and that is appropriate. At other Duncan's they seem to get this or drink order right every time. I know they just opened but there's been a lot of drinks that have come out just not quite right
This place needs to pay attention to what the customer is saying! Their workers seem distracted, with some attitude and rarely do they get the order completely correct. Perhaps it's poor management or the fact they reopened but really shoddy experience, one in five of my recent orders was correct. I don't want to stop going as it's convenient but may have to
I know this location just reopened and overall have been decent but the last 3 times I went through the drive through, my hot latté order was made without attention to detail, whole milk was used instead of requested almond milk and it was lukewarm. I am sensitive to dairy so have spent the rest of the morning with massive stomach cramps. Please do better!!!
here NOW; closes at 7pm, it's 6:45pm. They won't answer the drive thru. This ISN'T the 1st. booo!
drive through gets a little backed up some days, understandable. workers are very friendly. my only issue why i have stopped going here and choose to go to another dunkins is because lately everytime i order a coffee with cream, it tastes more like a cup of cream. And with my work travel I never have the chance to get another ☹️
The service itself is usually pretty good. The coffee is good. My big complaint is, they always run out of munchkins, and often donuts too. Today there was no munchkins yet again,, I did get a donut but it was far from fresh.
2023 update: this dunkin has gotten a lot better after the remodel. Bump it back up to 5 stars. —— We live local and go to this Dunkin quite often. It’s best Monday-Friday...we’ve had more issues getting the drinks right on the weekends. Most of the time it’s fine though.
