I usually come here to order doughnuts for my staff. I will never come here again. Today 08/07/2023 5:28p-5:30 who ever worked the drive through was extremely rude. The heavy set lady or what ever it was had the worse attitude i have ever experienced. Please train your staff on customer service.

Nurses day 2023, we head to Dunkin' for some breakfast and a free ice coffee. Get to the window, the lady says she knows nothing about it and calls over a manager. The managers says they don't offer any kind of health care discounts. We pull up the add and explain that it's nurses day. Another manager is called that flat out tells us no. Well I would have went to the Starbucks across the street if I'd known. Incredibly rude. I would urge anyone in health care to steer clear of this particular location. To add insult to injury, I get half way down the road and my order is completely wrong. 1 star. 0 if I could give it.

The supervisor at this store is terrible. Whoever is the owner of this franchise, I am writing this review directly to you. You need to train your cashiers how to use the DD app better. Your cashiers told me that the DD app creates frustration for many customers and that they themselves struggle with how to redeem awards that customers have earned. Your Sunday morning supervisor for the shift that included the noon slot on Jan 15th is a poor reflection of your corporate values for customer service. Her extent of helping was to call customer service. She had no desire to provide assistance with the DD app and that is the reflection of the franchise owner. I visit this location often via the drive through and will stop supporting your business. Your employees lack education on the corporate tools offered to them and it reflects on the way they address your customers and the way you have trained them. You must do better.

Got banned because they didn’t put a label on coffee orders so I didn’t know which was mine tried explaining to head manager who claimed before her family owns the location, as a response she continued to argue instead of “hey my bad the machines broken” .so I continued and tried explaining the situation but instead I was banned and told the label printer for coffees were broken as a valuable customer even if I wasn’t it doesn’t have to do with thst. I was right to give attitude but no customer needs to be blamed knowing I come to this location everyday Over the course of past 4-5 years…. Hope a supervisor sees this and corrects their management before I make blog about these disgusting employees….

This place does not cool the food before they give it to you I feel like everytime I go here it's cold as ice

They changed the espresso to put in tiny cup that will spill when driving. I asked if they can put in larger cup, they did but said from now on it will be in small cup. I said in this case I will get my coffee at Starbucks next door and the answer was : do what you gotta do man !! Customer service at its best.. I go there every day!! Will not be the case !!

Sloppy tasteless sausage patty was awful. Croissant was limp.

Horrible experience, Spencer has a horrible attitude and refuses to apologize or even realize when he messes up. I don’t go through drive thrus with an attitude but I will defend myself when spoken to poorly. What kind of guy speaks so rude to a woman, Who is just trying to order some donuts for her kids (one who just got out the hospital after 19 days!)?! Somebody forgot to teach this young guy manners and morals. We went through the drive thru and asked for a minute to decide. With barely anytime gone by he asked again for our order. I read off from the menu a chocolate frosted donut and he gave me the double chocolate and then when I said it’s the wrong donut he said “unbelievable” as if that was my fault. Then he screams to the back “chocolate frosted”. So I asked him how come when you say chocolate frosted people know which donut to grab but when I tell you chocolate frosted you grab the wrong one?!” He didn’t even answer what I asked and continued to try to blame me. I did misspeak once by asking for a vanilla frosted rather than vanilla cream and he responds with “I already told you I didn’t have that in the beginning of you order”. He said we should have came in for our complicated order (1 coffee and dozen donuts-sooo complicated). He had an attitude as soon as he started our order so I know the problem was not us and this guy is probably rude and unprofessional to many customers. For him to take it to the extreme he did was almost embarrassing for him, who gets so mad over a donut order?! Oh, that’s right SPENCER does. Rude people speak volumes for their own miserable life. Save yourself a trip to people with attitudes here and go to another Dunkin’ or just go to Starbucks across the street.
