Ordered to Cold brews. The service was excellent. The employees were well informed and more polite than other Dukin stores I've been to. Will use this store more!

Excellent customer service! Pulled into the drive thru and asked to have a drink I purchased at a different Dunkin remade because it was incorrect. Without hesitation, they made me a new one and apologized for the mix up. I work across the street and have never had issues with this Dunkin location. Everyone is very nice, and provide swift service. Great job!

Best Dunkin on Silas Deane, especially when it comes to the food, I think they actually take pride at this location

95% of the time this location is great, but this morning my friend and I both ordered cold brews and on the first sip we realized they tasted very strongly of marijuana. Have had plenty of prior good experiences here but getting coffee that tastes like weed is simply insane. I'm fairly certain the employees contaminated the drinks by accident -- I am very disappointed.

Gave me a smashed 2$ muffin instead of my 7$ breakfast sandwich. Person at the window was very nice, anyways.

This dunkin is in a very unfavorable location. Aside from being in a nice convenient expressway, it is located very snugged within a plaza. Adequate room in the drive thru area, but VERY LONG WAIT. no room to go around drive thru as well, in case you decided you dont want to wait anymore, cant go around. Good food tho.

Dunkin donuts in Rocky hill very rude I had the audacity to order three sandwiches although the service was relatively fast lady kept on mumbling under her breath like I couldn't hear I don't think I'm that old.. did not appreciate.. I get that we all get stressed out but when your business is based on your product and customer service people can find something down the street without much inconvenience....

Would give a zero if possible didn’t even wait for my food, ordered two coffees from the menu they just gave me Black coffee and I could hear them talking inside “ I don’t care just give it to him” worst Dunkin I’ve ever been too should just shut this location down the one down the st takes all the business anyway
