Breakfast Menu "Dunkin'" Rockaway

I ducked into grab a quick coffee and snack as a downpour hit me on I-80, traffic came to a stop. Dunkin provided a nice place to relax and dry out. Staff was friendly and professional. Service was quick. Donut selection was still varied even aftet 4 pm.

Pretty good a DD but they need a few tables and chairs more for dining in.

Average experience. Customer service skills are okay, not terrible but not great. Usually order through the drive thru, not sure who’s idea it was to have an automated message asking what you would like, only for someone to ask you to wait a minute lol

Everything was fine, except for the cleanliness. Tables and floors were dirty... Table I sat at had crumbs and stuff all over it. Big pieces of bagel or some pastry on the floor. I wanted to take a bloom and spray to clean it myself. I didn't personally interact with the staff, but from background noise, I didn't hear any complaints. They work well together, it seemed. I was able to meet someone there, afterward stay and work on some paperwork. I did hear staff saying something about being there so long. Probably not the place to stay and do paperwork. Next time I'm going to Borders® or Barnes and Nobles®. Also, they need more options/alternatives for milk. Person who ordered for me asked for almond milk, no sugar, latté with extra foam. Idk what brand almond milk they used, but it was wayyy too sweet. Definitely wasn't unsweetened vanilla. They need more knowledge on that aspect. 5 years ago they didn't even have almond milk, so glad they're moving forward. Also asked for extra foam, but I didn't get any foam, period. Forgot they don't customize your order at this Dunkin' Donuts®. Another one I been to though, in Stanhope, I got extra foam.

This Dunkin is usually pretty iffy, but this morning was the icing on the cake. They gave me a cup with a hole in the bottom and of course I didn’t realize until I got to work and my cup holders were filled with coffee. This is how much leaked out before I found a cup to switch it into and I haven’t even drank any yet. It’s not like I can just leave work and give them this to remake or for a refund either. Ugh.

Slow service. Waited 10 minutes after placing my online order for tea and a doughnut. Then found out after I left that they gave me the wrong doughnut. I will go to other Dunkins nearby instead.

Hey guys, I’ve driven all over New Jersey and this Dunkin’ Donuts make the best hot latte. With a regular hot latte or decaf hot latte it is great. They are off exit 39 from interstate 80. Going westbound off the exit make a left. To exit Dunkin’ Donuts go towards the hotel and make it left to get back on the Interstate. Easy on easy off. It is worth a try. I warn you, you’re gonna get hooked.

My bagels are ALWAYS stale! I usually turn around but today I didn't have the time. STOP handing out stale bagels it's gross! And the same goes for the drinks, you have to hope and pray they come out OK. Annoying! .
