I feelvery strongly about this Dunkin.. first off, This is probably best Dunkin ive been to around Oakland in a looong time !! also,2nd off,to get out of the way, their donuts are always fresh! Yes! Okayso the first time i came here gentleman in drivethru was so sweet asked how mymy me Mom day was… complemented my mothers clothes. it is small things that you remember and assosciate with the location but also improve yourday, And make you smile, and i wish i know thatmans name. he greeted me with my name as i place mobile order and it showedpatience and sensistivety— something tbat many struggle to have in food service But when u.. Mannnnnnn im sounding like gd CEO😭😭 Anyway, The coffee was delicious and perfect made you know what i mean. not too sweet. Next time we go we face different emoloyee and she say nothing to us, which is fine, Because like life sucks and girl i have beenythere But she literally just didn’t say anything, then forgot the hash browns… we politely wave say “Hii so sorry you forgot hashbrown..” Then she sighs audible and doesnt say anythingand gives them. Anyway the hasbrowbs were bomb

The service is absolutely horrible. I wait 20 minutes every time for my coffee. The coffee is always burnt and tastes horrible. When I put in a mobile order in advance they rarely have it ready no matter how far in advance I put it in. Absolutely horrible service! I never write reviews but they consistently have horrible service and it’s the only option near my home.

The wait time, is 15 min to get through this drive-thru, even if there's 1 car ahead of me. Was there on Friday, 6/16/23 & had a coupon. Took them 10 min to figure out that I couldn't use it there. I went again today, 6/19/23, and again, the drive thru was so slow! I ordered 2 things and one car infront of me had 1 thing. The girl scanned my credit card & handed me my food, & luckily I noticed in the parking lot as I was leaving,that she did NOT give me my credit card back!! Ur supposed to get it back after ur order is paid for. I even sat there chatting with the girl for a minute bc no one was behind me. She seemed nervous, like she wanted me to leave. Prob bc she was trying to keep my card! They were holding onto my card for awhile on Friday too, as they were looking at the coupon. It looks like they have a bunch of teenagers working there & no adults. This kinda thing happened in my town last year with credit cards, so I'm very careful at drive thrus. I will not be going back to this location. The wait time alone is unacceptable!! watch out for your credit cards ppl!!!!!

Asked for cold foam. Received none. Asked for caramel flavor in my hot coffee. Also received none. If you don’t have the supplies. Say something don’t just take my money and give me whatever you want. Absolute terrible service

BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! We walk in, a good 10 minutes later no one has said a word to us yet they are making orders for the drive through customers.. We ask if we are going to served or not. The young lady that takes our order gets it Wrong, doesn’t even look you in the eye or apologize for it.. I understand you are short staffed but that doesn’t justify for bad customer service and having an attitude!.. By far the worst Dunkin we have been to. If I could I would give them a zero rating.. PS: the manager wasn’t apologetic about it she said “we are short staffed, what are we supposed to do”

Seems like the whole staff was trying to take care of drive thru. They were neglecting the front. After waiting for several minutes to be acknowledged, a friend of the staff walk in and was taken ahead of everyone.

Always on the move driveway always backed up. But it moves fast.
