Typical Dunkin'. Eat from here a few times a year. Coffee is hot and donuts are fresh, wake up wrap I had last time was good.

Don’t bother using the mobile app to order ahead. 9 times out of 10 my order isn’t even started when I get to the store. When I go to the pick up counter they ask what I’m waiting for, when I tell them they act like they had no idea I even placed an order. And even then my order ends up being wrong. Stinks because this is the only Dunkin’ on my way to work. Time to switch to Starbucks!

I've coming the past 3 days and today was the worst! I ask for an extra large caramel latte hot. The idiot decided to take his time, when I get it its barely luke warm? His excuse? How they clean the machine last night that's why it came out that way? An unclean machine will not affect the temperature of the water!!!!

Rude clerk. They sell expired milk. POS lady doesn't understand "no egg". Or other words, like "biscuit". Waited eight minutes for her to take an order for a tea. Men's room faucet handle is missing so the employees along with male customers can't actually properly sanitize. It's a place that is required to have employees wash their hands. I addressed the same woman who dismissed my concerns and stated bathroom was closed. No sign was put up. Door was still unlocked. Faucet was fixed quickly.

Absolutely the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. Ordered two drinks and both were done wrong. When I told the women they were wrong she was rude and condescending. They fixed one and redid one. The one they redid was done so incredibly bad that it was almost undrinkable. I wonder if it was done on purpose since we heard a heated discussion behind the counter that we could not understand. Will never set foot in this store again and I advise others to do the same. They staff in this store are very bad.

Friendly staff and good service but this restaurant has dirty restrooms very filthy. There is no hand soap. There is a house fly around in this restaurant. I give 3 stars.

I'd never been to this DD location before. Had a very hard time finding it. It's located in a strip mall area. However, it's not listed on the sign with all the other retailers. Used my GPS to find it once I got in the mall's parking lot. It's a free standing building with the craziest way to drive to or away from it. Rather like a maze. Employees were lovely. My dislike about the beverages is that they charge 30¢ for whipped cream. Who does that?

BEWARE if you have food restrictions!! I’ve been going to this DD about once every week or 2 for the past 1-2 years. It’s location on route 7 is convenient and there are several tables and free WiFi. But, I have some medically-based food restrictions, and the past 2 weeks in a row they have messed up my mobile order and given me things that I am not supposed to eat (egg yolks and dairy) when I had clearly specified the alternatives in my order. I even double checked my order tickets, which were printed correctly; I can only assume someone carelessly prepared the order incorrectly. Thankfully I don’t have any severe food allergies, but I could imagine how this kind of carelessness could result in serious issues for someone. So, please be really careful or avoid this location if you have any food restrictions.
