I'm not one to complain or give bad reviews, but the service here is awful. You will easily be left waiting to order for about 5 minutes before some even acknowledges you, or they will look at you and keep moving. The young gentleman who works there, needs to work somewhere else because it's obvious he doesn't want to be there. He is rather rude and condescending. I just want a hot caffeinated beverage with no extra attitude added to my order. Is that too much to ask for?

The drive thru was going to take too long so I ran in and it was fast and polite. Tap to order. Full selection even though it is attached to a gas station.

I’m giving 2 stars because I’ve been here several times , hoping that this location would bring their standards up to other Dunkin’s locations in the area. They have not !!! Ordered a grilled cheese and it was far from what is advertised. Sandwich was thrown together , not toasted , not worth what’s being charged

best dunkin i ever been too. People are complaining about the service being slow and the food not being right, not everyday is the same day. the only that matters is the customer service you get from the staff. love the staff becoming here since i moved.

Terrible customer service and rude employees. I came to pick up a mobile order and they said I didn’t pay. Showed proof of payment and they accused me of lying. After 3-5 minutes of going back and forth in the drive thru he turns around and sees my receipt on the machine. Didn’t even apologize.

Very convenient Dunkin’s inside pantry 1/drive through at old court. Fast service, no issues with ordering, same Dunkin’s quality.

If I could give zero stars I would. The rudest and most inadequate customer service I have ever had the displeasure to experience. Do not waste your time at this horrible location.
