My family patronize this location nearly every day. They close before eight almost every day and they take your points but still charge you regular price. Yesterday I went in there I had 1290 points they took 700 to pay for a cold brew but still charged me for a cold brew. They only took $1.49 off. I clearly know how to use the app and the rewards, along with the offers tab. I will never go back to this location. They never make any attempts to rectify the situation and just laugh when you address it….I much rather prefer the Owings Mills location, and will drive there even though this location is a minute from my house.

Don't never have any donuts 😔 of wat u want..If u know glaze your number one seller I think u should definitely keep them stocked alil better...My breakfast sandwich was burned I just kept I had to be to work..

The morning staff here simply do not follow the order put in by the customer. And they get combative or disrespectful when you try to address it. For instance, I’ve repeatedly received my ice coffee with more than “standard level” ice even when I marked “less ice”. Also, just find out Dunkin’ Donuts are charging over 10 cents for flavored sweeteners like “mocha, caramel.”

So happy that Dunkin has it pumpkin spiced items back. This Dunkin always has my order correct and the employees are wonderful.

I love thier coffee. I have been buying coffee at 4am everyday!! The sad part is that they cut me off everything I talk or place a order, so I do it online now!

Mrs. Bella and Mrs. Cool are indeed Awesome Woman and they work well together, but Mrs. Bella need not get an attitude with a customer because they look on their receipt to make sure they weren’t OVERCHARGED! Her exact statement to me was “Trust Me, I didn’t charge you for the Mini bites” ok Mrs. Bella I didn’t even look at my receipt….I retrieve my receipt and LOOK at my receipt. “Trust Me” I said to her I don’t trust anyone when it comes to my money! Her rebuttal….”You’re Mean”!. Well I’m going to be mean and NOT return with my business along with many many many many others!

One of my favorite Dunkin’s to visit! Everyone is so kind in here and the food is always hot and fresh!

Their staff have horrible attitude. No customer service whatsoever. I asked for hot drink the lady gave me cold drink instead and when I asked her to fix it instead of saying sorry she was yelling why I didn't told her right away.
