Breakfast Menu "Dunkin'" Quantico

I don't write reviews very often but this Dunkin location seriously SUCKS. Ive come in 4 different times since we moved in 8 months ago and every single time, it has been an issue. We usually order half a dozen donuts, half chocolate and half glazed. This is the third time they've given me something different than what i ordered. They said "we were out of ____ donuts so we gave you ____ instead." If i knew you didn't have the donuts i ordered, i would've gotten a refund. They write it off as "well we still gave you donuts so it's fine." They've double charged me, given us wrong orders, and given us stale food. The donuts and sandwiches are never fresh, even in the mornings. My husband just sat at the curbside for 20 minutes waiting on the order we made online. When i called to ask if they were going to bring it out sometime soon, they apologized and said they'd bring it out. When it came out, we were given different donuts than what we ordered because they were out (again, we would've gotten a refund and gone somewhere else had we known they didn't have it), my husbands frozen coffee (which wasn't even frozen) wasn't even all the way full, and the donuts were stale! I hate writing negative reviews because I've worked in customer service but this Dunkin truly is the worst location I've ever been to. Go to one out in town if you can!

I was helped by Tyler today best customer service ever!! Very clean store and food was super fresh! This young man needs a raise ASAP!!

Worst dunkin I have ever been to. Everyone from the staff to managers to owner should all be ashamed of themselves here. Dirty, bad service and too many employees. Go figure. Whether you're in the drive thru or inside you will be disgusted by this store. And you'll have to wait extra long while 8 employees get themselves a drink and joke around while everyone just watched and waits. Pathetic. Never going back. I will go to McDonald's across the street from now on. They have donuts and coffee too. And you don't have to wait 30 minutes for it in a dirty store. Nice. I give the mcdoanalds across the street 4 stars. Go there instead.

There was a rock inside my mini stuffed bagel! Wth?! Cracked my darn tooth as i was chewing down! Not only that but they messed up my order too!!! Its crazy that this is happened from an on base location too! Really unacceptable…

This week I ordered my usual bagel with a coffee from my app. I usually go out to the DD in Stafford which is amazing, but I was on base so I ordered breakfast. First day the bagel was stale and toasted. I figured it was just a mistake and didn’t say anything. I ordered the next day, and I can’t even express my shock that the bagel was even worse! I actually ripped open the bagel to see if there was mold it was just that stale. I had to throw it out. I called MCCS and left a message on their customer comment line. How can they serve days old food. They had to know they were cutting into a days old stale bagel! Yet they are okay serving this to people?

Absolutely terrible. When you order you get an extra side of nasty attitude. This day, 4 July, we stopped in. Took 25 minutes for three breakfast sandwiches AND they didn't have the right ingredients for any of the sandwiches. The two girls working there - well let's just say my daughter would NEVER treat people like that. Never again will we go. Oh and the sandwiches sucked so did the coffee

Do we ordered around 9:13 and went to pick it up around 9:35 ish. I got into the store and the only thing there from my order was a chai tea latte. I ordered hash browns, bagel bombs, and a sandwich. I waited while the two coworkers just sat and starred back. Then they finally asked if something was wrong and I asked about the rest of my order. THE DIDNT EVEN KNOW I ORDERED MORE. It was a huge list underneath the chai latte I have no idea how the missed it. I work at a coffee shop and this was handled so poorly. I waited for 20 minutes for the food to come out. I got my food and left. When I got home half my order was still frozen! Heck if I was going already waiting I would have waited longer for something hot not frozen solid. When I called to make a complaint there wasn’t a manager in. I’m calling corporate and I’m going to call the manager when she magically appears.

They have dumb lids for their drinks. It's a "sip lid" rather than the standard "insert your straw lid". Which don't sound that bad but it's a big spill hazard. It's wack, everything else is good tho.
