Cashier was OUTSTANDING. The food and drinks came out really fast.

I love Dunkin!!! I always get a Big n Toasted and a Caramel Frozen Coffee. My cousin say I have a problem. I say I love Mee some Dunkin.

Too bad about construction going on getting onto the road to the store. Also donuts are getting smaller... Good but not as big as before. Bought to bring to an office.

We visit the Dunkin' donut in princess and which is fairly new, often. They run a tight ship over there, fast service and the ladies behind the counter are always friendly.

Always love my specialty Chai Latte Teas and my Frozen Macha Teas. They are very addicting! Needless to say there is always great customer service whenever I come. If you're in the area please pay them a visit. You won't be disappointed!

So first off I think I can speak for moat of the town when I say we were very happy to get a Dunkin Donuts in town . And I love going, I have had mixed experiences with them. I've had great customer service , and I've had bad customer service. I've had nice fresh donuts and I've had stale hard ones. So they can use some help there, also seems like the coffee is better in the morning. I would also be very happy if they were open later till at least midnight.

I have came to this place many times before but today 11/12/2021 11AM. The lady in the drive thru was very rude. Cut me off in my order. Only gave me 1 item of the two. She got confused by my order I guess? Drove around to order the 2nd item. Lady inside was being rude to a client In front of me. Pretending she couldn't hear him and making him repeat himself continues time. I could hear him fine and I was behind him. Was upset by the treatment so I left. Message to owner please check on employees.

Coffee and staff are amazing. Would definitely recommend. Didn't take long at all and the staff made sure our order was correct before we pulled to the next window to pay. They messed up our order once, but fixed it as soon as they knew they messed up, and gave us the drink we accidentally got for free!
