This Dunkin is hit or miss. Sometimes the drinks taste good, other times not so much. This time was a not so good.

The cappuccino tasted like burned coffee and it wasn't anywhere near hot. The two donuts tasted really fresh. I just wish one wasn't upside down and smashed. I don't understand why they can't give you one napkin with messy powdered sugar coated cream filled donuts. If your trying to cut expenses I get it but have the decency to offer one please.

The service is not great, the drive thru line is more important then the people inside seeking service. I waited inside at the register for a long time before someone told me they would be right with me. The service here has been unfriendly or under staffed and the customer pays for it. I walked out and went to the Market Street location got served right away by a pleasant person. I work in Gouverneur and I stop at the Canton location weekly and get great service there as well.

Horrible experience at this location , I've been harassed for the last 4 weeks because I medically can't wear a mask. I try to go in and out quick, I social distance and place my order online through the app and everyday I'm waiting at least 20 minutes and get harassed by employees for not wearing a mask after I have repeatedly told them I can't and have a medical condition the manager has actually told me I need to show him papers to prove my medical condition which is insanely illegal. This location is constantly slow and has unsatisfactory service compared to any other dunkin I go to

PROS: Pleasant and quick customer service CONS: They've had my order wrong on numerous occasions e.g. ordered croissants bacon egg and cheese the last two times and received bagels twice and on the second time there was no cheese...

I've tried Dunkin on several occasions. It's just not my cup of tea. Employees are nice. Facilities are mostly clean. I'm just not a fan of it's product. I tried...

Great place, awesome environment, the employees are super friendly and they help you in any way they can to make your stay pleasent.

Convenient location, but Dunkin has gotten pricey if you don't hit the afternoon special. Two regular donuts and a drink were over $7. They are connected to a gas station, KFC and convenience store.
