Had been a busy, busy day of work and needed a little extra pick-me-up to keep that momentum through the evening. Decided on a staple, some iced coffee from Dunkin'. If you're vegan or non-dairy for any dietary reason, Dunkin has quite a few flavorful options to support your caffeine habit throughout the day. For instance, I ordered the Mocha Swirl Iced Coffee, which is a sweeter mocha flavor while also being a non-dairy flavor shot. Mocha on it's own is quite rich, however, so I softened that edge with some oat milk for a bit more plant-based goodness. The default sugar for a medium iced coffee is 3 "servings," but I only took 2 since the Mocha itself is quite sweet already. However, I drink black coffee most days so take that advice with a grain of salt (or sugar). If you're looking for an easy, quick, and tasty coffee on the go it is difficult to beat the value of a Dunkin' iced coffee. Looking forward to hitting this spot again soon!

The manager here just pushed down garbage in the garbage can with her bare hand and then handled food and bags. The cashier was friendly tho. The avocado toast is inconsistent-- if we order more than one, only one comes toasted. They don't normally call out orders, they just put them on the counter and walk away. So multiple times I've had other people open my order and handle my food. It is the cleanest location around here (well until I saw the manager literally touching garbage) and has a better stock of donuts than the one on Central. They have better food safety though.

We pulled up to the drive-thru more than 45 minutes after the place had closed, but we didn't notice because all of the lights are on and there were people inside, apparently it was the staff cleaning. They must have seen us drive up to the speaker, because as soon as we got there someone asked for our order. It was pretty late at night, we had a long drive ahead of us, and they were able to serve us the coffee we needed to keep going. I think this is awesome. The service here was great and we tipped extra because we felt really bad pulling up not knowing they had closed, but we thought it was pretty awesome but they gave us coffee anyway. It literally probably kept this alive. Thank you!

I get Hot Chocolate frequently at Dunkin Donuts and this was the second time I actually saw it made at this facility on Crisman in Portage, IN. It was made with water and it taste horrible because it taste like water more than chocolate. I’ll never go there again and if you want Hot Chocolate, go to the one on Hwy 6 in Hobart or on Ripley in Lake Station.

We gave this place a fair shot for 6 months when we first moved (almost daily) - their drive thru screen was broken since Fall 2022 (might still be I’m not sure, we haven’t gone back in a few months). The last time we went I placed a mobile order my husband picked up - only drinks but they handed him some sort of food (he figured I ordered it and left), opening the box it was a disgusting grilled cheese with finger marks and bites. The manager called me and offered free food or drinks but we haven’t been back since, she just kept stating it was only young workers and they don’t pay attention instead of listening to the issues.

Was clean and good. Food was as expected. But they are understaffed and it took them 15 minutes to complete my order that is usually completed in 5 minutes

I went inside to get an iced coffee, some kind of doughnuts and to use the restroom as we were enroute. I went to the cash counter. There were 3 females behind the counter. Not one of them had the decency or courtsey to welcome me in. I stood at the register for a good 2-3 minutes but they didn't pay any heed. It was raining and definitely not crowded. I did say "Hello" Still no response. Well, I went to use the restroom. It was filthy, dirty. Gosh, gross mismanagement. I just walked out without bothering to order anything. People who can't be bothered to return the greeting of a customer, definitely do not deserve my business. Will tell all my family and friends to NOT

One of the worst Dunkin’ Donuts that I have ever been at. Wouldn’t recommend. Horrible drive-thru service. To top it off, we ordered that snackin’ bacon, and we maybe received three pieces, barely filled the bag, and our food was cold. $33.25, and $2.49 for that little amount of bacon we got, won’t recommend get getting. My Dunkin’back home, fills that little bag up! Coffee wasn’t that great, and we roughly had to wait 15mins for our food and the customers whom order after us was receiving their orders before we had got our food. Definitely will be check reviews before going to an out of town Dunkin’
