I truly can't say enough good things about this Dunkin. I go way out of my way to come to this location for many different reasons. One of which is Crystal the manager. She is SUPER friendly and always greets everyone with a smile. She ensures my order is correct and promptly prepared even during the busiest times of day. I HIGHLY recommend everyone who can travel to this location to do so! You will not regret it!
I want to give a shout-out to Adam, for his wonderful attitude. Something you just don't see these days! His Mama raised this young man right. Keep up the great work.
Absolutely awful service at the drive thru today. I had to repeat my order three times and the order was still wrong. When I politely asked for a correction the girl at the window made me repeat my order for a fourth time, and then turned and walked away without another word to me. She said something to another girl who was taking orders for the drive thru who exclaimed “That’s not what she said!!!” And then walked over to the window to close the drive thru door as she continued to talk. The original girl came back to the window and without a word handed us another wrong item. Frustrated, we left with it. Absolutely unprofessional behavior.
Very disappointing discriminate against non-dairy customers wanted $0.80 extra for almond milk in a medium coffee shame on the greedy franchise owner if you think about this they're not putting cream, milk or sugar in my coffee so they save on that cost and they don't charge extra for those condiment either may be better off going to Starbucks they don't charge extra and they offer cinnamon and other items like powder chocolate to sprinkle in you drinks go figure 😉
It's a DD new building good drive through. Good location.
Went here today and got my order screwed up, the worker at the time (Past 12 PM) just stared and made no response and essentially refused to remake my drink when I said I didn't get the right order. She assumed it was a hot drink when it was, in fact, an iced coffee. Very poor customer service, I hope she either learns better or she finds a new career opportunity.
Food great. Service great. Clean environment. Always pleased with staff. Highly recommended, especially waiting for car to be serviced at Firestone.
Drive through has three people ahead of me and moved quickly. I ordered hot coffee and a BE&C on a plain toasted bagel. I received an ice coffee, but didn't even day anything..tired of feeling like I have to be a pain in the azz to get what I ordered and paid for.
