User Reviews

I am impressed by Jordan and Deanna’s pleasant attitudes. It is so nice to walk into a Dunkin Donuts shop and be greeted by a smile and be treated like a guest. Refreshing in these days of negativity…

Between waiting 15 minutes for a simple bagel with cream cheese toasted it finally came, cold and with barely any cream cheese. I've gotten wake up wraps that were completely burnt to a crisp, watered down coffee, legit drive to any and every other Dunkin. You'll get your money's worth. Place is trash

I've never been more disgusted by any fast-food location. I ordered five chocolate Munchkin Donuts, and I received five assorted flavors that weren't chocolate. I went back to get this problem fixed, and was told that they didn't have any chocolate ones. Instead of telling me when I placed my order, an employee just assumed it would be okay to give me something I didn't order. He or she didn't even think to ask if I wanted to substitute with something else. I was given something different that I wanted when I went back, but I shouldn't have had to have gone back. If this happens again, it's going to be a real problem. Don't assume I want something other than what I order. The stupidity is disgusting.

Order was $15 and change, paid with a 20 and gave the rest for a tip. Now, you think that would motivate people to provide good service, but I guess it wasn’t enough… My sons mini bagel bites cream cheese was frozen inside of all four. The sourdough breakfast sandwich I ordered had two tiny pieces of bacon, unmelted cold cheese. Then to top it all off they never even toasted the bread. It’s not like they were busy or in a hurry to put orders out because there was a line of customers and accidentally forgot…. It was literally just me and five employees that were just standing around marinating. Dunkin you should hire people that actually want to work, and not keep employees on a payroll that don’t wanna work… Make sure they can count bacon and use a toaster. Don’t just hire the first thing with a heartbeat… Anyways seeing as corporate rarely comments on good or bad post, I don’t expect this to go far with your quality control… Hopefully possible customers will think twice tho.

Extremely slow drive through. Cars were leaving the line before getting to the window. I think they were training today. Out of pounds of coffee? Still 15 min+ at the drive through with 1 car ahead of me???

I’m sorry but your really need to stop serving stale donuts to your customers. This was the last time I would try your old donuts they even had a bad aftertaste like they had been sitting for days. What happened? Your sandwiches aren’t bad but nasty donuts.

Fast friendly service usually no line. Will customize your coffee how u like it

Donuts are now so small and higher in price that I wont even come here the once a year I did private owner bakeries from now on.
