We showed up this morning in the middle of the icy storm to the most efficient, nicest staff ever! Our food was hot and coffee perfect- the two staff members were a mother in law and son in law- they were delightful and made our pit stop relaxing during a stressful drive! Thank you!!!

Terrible store never any counter people - today they had no donuts??? Isn’t that why they are in business ???? I would THINK the managers would WANT to sell their donuts as they charge 3.50$ a donut here - this highway location AND their southbound location both are disgraceful examples of how to operate a restaurant absolutely horrible

the people here are great, at all times of day and night. They have a button which lets staff know you're there. I was pretty confused at first, and I felt so STUPID for not noticing it was -right- in plain sight, easy for anyone to see. Must have forgotten my glasses, who know. Can't imagine many people miss the DOORBELL. Rock on- This place is managed very well, if there's ever a problem, it's pretty much always technical- 10/10 will return

I had to wait a good 15 minutes to even place my order because there was only one worker at the time, and she was in the freezer. Yes, there's a bell to tell the workers when there's a customer, but I don't think it's audible from the freezer.

There coffee is inconsistent some days it taste like Folgers and other like dark roast. It's not worth the time and money to see if they can get your coffee right.

This place is always dirty. The amount of flies that are usually around the donuts is just disgusting. Go to the next one off of old exit 87 off you really want Dunkin' or most likely suffer the consequences from the filth.

Well, was kinda upset, I had to wait at the register, because they only had 2 people working the place.. literally 1 at Dunkin and one at Subway.. had to wait for the older clerk to finish at the Subway, then come to the front register to cash me out.. I didn't get any dunkin or subway, was there for some drinks from the store side.. they should have more people working in there.

5 stars for those ladies. But why is a cup of coffee ($3.54) more expensive than a gallon of diesel?
