Shout out the older woman who took my order. She was really kind an respectful even though she was riding solo for her shift and was visibly flustered. Following each order she took she said "thank you for being patient with me" I think people should be a bit more patient with you 😊 🙏

this is unrelated to the food quality itself, this is more about the cashier that took my order. i was ordering two sandwiches and two sides, one of each for my partner and i. i didn't mention this to the cashier at all, i don't expect her to know that. as i'm ordering, she goes, "wow!! you're awfully hungry, aren't you?" ... now i get it, that could seem like a lot of food to some people. but you don't know how that kind of statement could affect someone. comments like hers perpetuate diet culture and unhealthy views of our bodies. also, as an employee, you should be happy that im buying food from y'all in the first place. i'll be going somewhere else next time where i won't be shamed for the amount of food i order.

Everything was good except the lady super wiser who was rude and disrespectful. I ordered a donut, an egg sandwich, and a coffee. I tried to pay them in cash. I gave them the $50 dollar note, and that lady angrily said we have to see your ID for a $50 note. She was telling to her coworker you have to write the number down of the ID, and the note. I paid with a credit card as this looks to me not acceptable. She eventually prepared my order, but her attitude was out of this world. I was giving her a business, but she was acting like she is doing me a favor for getting my MONEY and making the order ready. I would not stop here again.

They do a lot with a little! Small location inside a gas station / mart the staff handles the busy morning customers swiftly with a smile. The manager has actually seen me coming and had my coffee prepared for me by the time I reached the counter! Really great crew, they start my day off well.

Usually this location is great in the morning and the staff is very friendly so I enjoy coming in and getting some coffee or donuts but in the evening time this younger lady is very rude. I can tell the difference in service. I work close by and everytime I go in she is in the back room sitting down on her phone and she wants to toss my donut I just bought in the bag because shes aggravated all because I came to the counter. Then she about tosses the bag on the counter and wants to rush me out the way because she doesn't want to be disturbed. She never offers me my receipt because I would tell corporate but next time I will get it. Maybe management would see my review and get someone else to work the evening shift because I'm still going to shop there but I'm not going to let her treat me any kind of way because she doesn't want anyone in there so she can be lazy. Next time I will have to let her know about her attitude.

I walked into this Dunkin at 7:50. It closes at 9. The girl had closed down her station before 7:50. Before I even spoke to her she told me "I don't have anything to sell, I close at 8." I let her know that I believed it was 9 but she said she "could not stay past the hour." I then asked if she could make a hot chocolate, which was the ONLY thing I came in for, and she again told me "I don't have anything." The gas station attendant was kind to offer me the bottled coffee beverages, however, I have never encountered such a rude experience. I go to this Dunkin all the time and have NEVER had someone close before 9, let alone before 8. I understand it may have been slow, but that is no reason to completely close and turn away customers before closing. It takes 1 button to make a hot chocolate. One button. I cannot believe the laziness and rudeness I encountered with this girl tonight. Wildly disappointed.

Always a pleasure to go to this Dunkin Donuts. The staff is always extremely happy to help and very QUICK on the service. I've stopped here at all times of the day based on when I'm nearby. They do not have a drivethru which is a little bit of a downside -- I think this is probably one of the few in Rochester that doesn't -- but like I said, the service is fast and parking isn't usually too bad. You can get gas and then run in for your coffee!

The manager refused to take my cash, so I gave her my card, and refuse to take that too....after I already placed my $20 order, so my son could eat breakfast on his way to school, then refused to serve me. Your attitude was disgusting and unprofessional. I will absolutely never return to that store again. Which I sad because I frequent there often. Not good for the reputation of dunkin. Very disappointed. This is not the first time I have seen her be extremely disrespectful to a customer either.
