Breakfast Menu "Dunkin'" Pinellas Park

I never have any problems when I come to this location. The staff is always friendly and fast. I recently had an incident where I mobile ordered to the wrong location and came here instead. The manager was so very kind and helped me get everything that I ordered.

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience this morning with my order, the customer service was the worst I ever had in a very long time with the lady at the Drive Thru. I got my mini stuffed bagel like I do every day; the bag and the small bag inside the big bag came out so dirty, grease everywhere , like someone pick up from the floor, when I expressed my concerned with the employee at the Drive Thru, she give me so much attitude and rudeness. I requested speaking to a manager about this uncomfortable delivery, the lady starting yelling the manager's name to come to the window. The manager was very understanding but the other employee was not having any remorse how customer need to be treat. Hope this location pay attention how customer service can impact a buisness. 06/27/2022 I wanted to give another try to this location because it's close and it is on my way to work, but ones Again this place disappointed me more and more. Last week wrong order and this morning my mini stuffed bagel came burned with a hold into. I didn't realize until I left that location. This location really needs someone to manage and pay attention the quality of the food and presentation.

Cold brew is good but Since when do they start charging for ice water I get inflation and I’m using cups from them but even the starbucks doesn’t charge for ice water.. been going to this Dunkin since it opened and never had this issue

I'm a 'Dunkins Girl' from way back during my home in Boston, MA. In Boston, there is a Dunkins on almost every corner! To be quite frank, confirmation that Florida had Dunkins, was a Requirement before I bought my Home here❣️unfortunately, it is Not at The Airport: TPA, Starbucks has that privilege! My Fav at Dunkins is "Midnight' a Luscious Dark Roast! 😋 I usually take-out. And sometimes I order a Bacon or sausage wrap! My Fav 🍩 is "Boston Cream"!! No surprise there! Totally 😋.

Early Sunday morning, and the donuts are stale? Just moved to this area and can't find fresh donuts, and on a Sunday morning too. I won't be back. I hope it was worth the $6 you got for yesterday's donuts.

Always decent food and the staff is usually nice for as early in the morning as it is.

I am not one to usually leave bad comments or reviews unless I give the place many chances. I live very close to this Dunkin’ Donuts and was going there every day for Matcha latte iced. Then I stopped going because they never fill the cup all the way up and there would be so much ice that I could drink the whole large in one sip. So couple months later (this past two weeks) I decide to try it again but instead ask for light ice, ask for no ice, ask for two larges just so I can make sure I can get the beverage and size of my choice. I’ve always offered to pay extra or even just tip them even tho I always do anyway always do anyway (they didn’t even get it right after I tipped 4 bucks) I tried many attempts to just get the drink I wanted lol . I finally gave up and just went online and bought my own matcha so I can make the only kind of caffeinated morning drink I can have . So yeah…. I’m sure all their drinks are wonderful but if your looking for matcha …. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE OR MAKE IT AT HOME because it’s takes an arm and a leg to get a good one here.

This is my Dunkins and I love the people who work there and the service I receive. My drinks are always made perfectly.
