It's Dunkin'. I had some time to kill while a family member was receiving a procedure at the Phoenix Hospital nearby. My breakfast sandwich was sloppily put together...it literally looked like parts were thrown together (I straightened it out for a photo). The croissant tasted OK. Coffee was non-descript and lacked flavor...I used to love Dunkin' coffee very much. The only redemptive quality of my breakfast was receiving a $1.49 discount on my sandwich with the purchase of coffee (any size). Customer service is somewhat lacking.

Ordered ice coffee with milk and got sour milk with my ice coffee… called them and they said “No one complain about it” we came at 8:30 am with order#5850, we didn’t even ask refund just a courtesy so they can check … Somebody need to teach them customer service, instead if questioning at least they can say “Thank you for letting us know and we will check” ….

My hubby bought me their croissants egg cheese bacon sandwich. My oh my was that delicious.

Really need to stop giving this place another chance. Every time is a BAD experience. Drive through this time. All I wanted was 2 vanilla crème donuts. I asked 2x. She replied 2x and it was confirmed that they had them. Since they did this time I decided to also get munchkins. Got to the window & even added 1 more for my son who likes chocolate icing with sprinkles. Got home-opened bag-2 Boston Crème!!! Literally these turn my stomach. I called since I was now home across town. Rude rude rude!!! Said no manager was there…not sure how they run without management!!?? Asked what they were gonna do & all they did was argue with me. I asked her name & she hung up on me. I had to drive all the way back across town with the wrong order for a refund…still no kind words. I asked whom I spoke with on the phone. She said Courtney…probably a lie. I was raised so much better than this & in all my years dealing with customers …you are kind & you accommodate. Period. No exceptions. This is my home town. You need to explain to your employees that locals are the life blood of your business. And yes they will tell others about their experiences. Very Bad for business. Also….my son said his donut tasted hard & yucky. I tried the munchkins…yep…tasted like they were made yesterday. Absolutely NOT fresh! I suggest if you want to go here…choose a different DD in another town.

Coffee ordered with cream and sugar... No sugar added. You had 2 jobs and you couldn't complete both?? Bad attitude at the drive through. Not going to this one ever again.

went in there late one night and scored a bunch of free donuts! awesome employees and delicious donuts!

I used the drive through, when the guy tried to hand money back instead of saying excuse me to get attention he just tapped on the counter with the change. Then opened food up and it was burnt. When trying to call the store to complain they hung up 3 times before 30 seconds had passed, then called the corporate and they just kept a saying that I needed to give my email, after hanging up on them, finally someone gave me a call back and heard the experience.

This location is consistently subpar. Coffee is usually lukewarm, food is cold, and most of the employees are not friendly at all. I would go to the other Dunkin in Phoenixville. Once I placed a mobile order and they insisted they never got the order…I went inside and showed them the receipt and all of a sudden they had my order.
