User Reviews

I had a great experience here yesterday morning- I was in and out with a perfectly made coffee within 60 seconds, if that.. The young girl taking my order and payment was very professionally and sweet, the young kid making my coffee was fast and professional as well. I wish I lived closer because this would be my new Dunkins!

This Dunkin Donuts location has great staff and friendly service. The town does not allow a drive through so it is walk-in service only. Seating is available. The staff is friendly and well trained. They served our group of 12 very quickly and all of our orders were accurate.

Wonderful team of workers! They are fast and kind. It always makes my day when I get to see them!

Have stopped here twice in the last few weeks. Haven't been disappointed either time! My coffee was literally one of the best ice coffees I've ever had. Food was fresh and delicious. The staff was very friendly and upbeat. The dining area was clean as well as the bathrooms! Very pleasant experience and we will definitely be back when in the area.

I’m never one to write reviews unless I see a need to. Sadly, after taking 5 minutes to place my order for an iced drink, it was made wrong twice and was still the most expensive out of all Dunkin’s I’ve been to. The customer service was very poor and again, I still didn’t get the drink I ordered. Maybe they shouldn’t sell specialty drinks if NONE of their employees can make them. Trust me it took three employees and they still messed it up. Really disappointing for a newer location.

Inconsistent coffees at times but overall good, I just find the dunkin’s on Grove Street has the ratios down perfect, I work food service so I do understand the struggle. The only thing that can be not great at this dunks is that curbside pickup is very hit or miss, staff often forgets to bring it out. Once again, I understand how stressful food service can be but it is something i’ve noticed since i order curbside pickup roughly twice a month and 1 out of 3 times my food is left on the mobile pickup counter.

We had a comedy of errors because I picked up supplies for a meeting and didn't realize one of the donut boxes contained all the creams, sugars, etc, they were not in a separate bag as usual. They packed them sensibly and I wasn't ready for it :) I have told other folks who also think it was a very smart move for them. Good work, DD!

Super friendly staff and my coffee had never tasted burnt, and they always get my order right, unlike many other Dunkins I've been to. They don't burn the bagels either. Always a good experience. Sucks they don't have a drive thru, not their fault though, the city has an ordinance against it. Nice that it's right next to the hospital.
